I managed to finally get it, also thank you, I actually didn’t know about the number being in the balloon itself 

Finally managed to get it, ended up being 3213

Idk if it's a bug or something else, but I still can't get through the cell part, NONE of the codes work whenever I restart it, so I'm either really stupid or somethings bugged.

Continuing runs, 3, 4, 9, 2, didn't work

Next run, 1, 5, 9, 7, didn't work

Next run, 3, 6, 9, 6, didn't work.

I'm done with runs for tonight lol, still no idea what the code could be, since every  run is random apart from the balloon. I also make sure to cycle through every balloon number just in case, but it always blows up on 10 pumps, so I assume it's 9.

Now on a different run it's 2, 4, 9, and 5, still didn't work, also it's probably a bug, but in the inventory the cotton candy always displays as a 3.

This time I got different numbers, being 5, 1, still 9, and 3, and it still didn't work.

What the hell is the cell code I've tried several different options and nothing is working lol.

My current guess is 3 cause the cotton candy gave a 3, 3 cause there's 3 candles, 9 cause that's how many pumps the balloon can take, and 2 cause that's what the fortune teller says, but that's not working :P
