What the hell is the cell code I've tried several different options and nothing is working lol.
My current guess is 3 cause the cotton candy gave a 3, 3 cause there's 3 candles, 9 cause that's how many pumps the balloon can take, and 2 cause that's what the fortune teller says, but that's not working :P
Continuing runs, 3, 4, 9, 2, didn't work
Next run, 1, 5, 9, 7, didn't work
Next run, 3, 6, 9, 6, didn't work.
I'm done with runs for tonight lol, still no idea what the code could be, since every run is random apart from the balloon. I also make sure to cycle through every balloon number just in case, but it always blows up on 10 pumps, so I assume it's 9.
Spoilers, read at your own risks.
First number is the number of candles on the cake (examine it to get the number)
Second is given to you by the genie in the machine, it's your lucky number
Third number is inside the balloon, pop it to get the number.
Last number is from the coton candy macine. Find the stick behind the poster left of the jail wall (you can remove the bottom pins), place it on the machine and run it, the number will appear.
The cogs are hidden in the cake, and given by the prayer machine by falling through the vent.
