Narrative games are hard to get done during a jam especially with decent art and I think this hits a perfect balance. The narrative was compelling and it was a very silly little game that was an overall enjoyable experience. I do think some of the dialogue is a bit too long so sprinkling in gameplay between or breaking it up with stuff to do would be a welcome addition. Otherwise good effort!

Story games are really hard to do during these jams and I really appreciate the effort put in. The art compliments the story well enough and the systems you built work well for the type of game this is. I just think that its important for future jams to add gameplay even if its just 'Walk from A to B'. I think things like that really help with the story telling and allows players to put themselves in the shoes of the characters. Either way really impressive and good effort!
Its an engaging game and very competent. I like the concept of a rhythm based food service game and I think it was executed well. Only gripe I have is with the AI written theme description and text! Its fine as a placeholder but if you do continue this, go back and make sure everything is written by you!
Obviously the art style here is amazing in everyway possible but I'm incredibly impressed by the fact that yall got a proper working and fun card game done withinthe time constraint. Its unreal how polished and fun this ended up being and I think it all is elevated by the gorgeous art. Amazing effort!
So incredibly smooth and polished and such a unique take on the theme. I never thought a space invaders type game would fit this so my mind is completely blown. A lot of effort was put into polish it seems and every bit makes the game feel and play so well. Only addition that would make this perfect is a bit of a clearer tutorial! Maybe I'm just dumb but perhaps a little helper to explain the mechanics would add to the charm and look of the game.
Absolutely exceptional use of assets. Everything was put together perfectly and though my suggestions prior to the rating phase weren't added it doesn't detract from the overall game. I think you definitely brought your concept to life and made a very universally enjoyable game! I can see this being a full release on Steam after art and additional polish has been added!
Thought the overall execution of the concept was great and only have a few notes about polish. Screen transitions could be smoother, the backgrounds could do with some work, and changing the hitboxes on the ball may also make the gameplay feel a bit tighter. Overall though this was a really good effort and such a unique take on the theme!
I think the 3d nature hurts this more than it helps it. I really enjoyed the game play and the aim training vibe but really do think it would get more traction with a bit more of a unique artstyle given how common the idea is. Its still really good effort and the gameplay ended up being very tight I just think better design decisions could have been made!
Pros is that this is an incredibly tight game, very rewarding and a lot of effort clearly went into getting the movement down. The art serves the game well for what it is and the only thing I would say is missing is a tutorial! I think players catch on quickly how to play on the first level but it never hurts to break up the first level into constituent mechanics (i.e. wall jump, basic jump, etc.). Either way I really enjoyed this and can imagine it becoming a full release once art is done for it, very LIMBO meets SuperMeatBoy!
I think this was an extremely ambitious given the time frame but you've done incredibly well. The core mechanics are there and feel good even though they could be tightened up a bit (impact affects, shake, etc.) and the existing sounds I think should be changed for something more retro considering the rest of the theme. Please continue to develop this after the jam because it has such high potential!
Its creative, enjoyable and the art is extremely well done under the time constraint. I think the only thing that needs fixing is the walls but I can see a mroe full game made using these assets. Please keep making games you clearly have a talent for the art, narrative writing and knowing just whats fun!
