Let me introduce you Frutibandas !
A very simple game that was originally playable on the website http://www.frutiparc.com/ which closed its doors in 2012.
I wanted to give that game a second life, and thus undertook the effort to recode it in C++ for a desktop application.
The game was originally made by the Motion-Twin society.
Basically, it's a 1 vs 1 turn-based online game, and each player controls one type of fruit, either the bananas or the oranges.
A board made of 64 square tiles contains all the fruits arranged in a random way, and the goal is to push all enemy fruits into the void, so that in the end only the fruits of your team remain on the board.
You have at your disposal 3 cards drawn randomly from a set of 12 cards.
The cards allow you to apply incapacitating effects on enemy fruits, modify the game flow, or have an impact on your movements or those of your opponent.
