Interesting. Maybe I fundamentally misunderstood Tunnel Goons a bit since I thought that monsters still got a turn (the results of which were adjudicated the same way - by players making a 'save' against the relevant stat). I was always a bit shakey on how it worked.

Absolutely love this. Great creativity and style throughout. I'm curious about your rule change to Tunnel Goons when it comes to handling multiple monsters. You suggest adding 1 to the DS score for each additional monster of like type, and handling them as a unit (which I like, I always want to run groups but keep things lean), but how does this work in the fiction? When the monsters take action, I suppose they would have to do so as a group, declaring one target? Would you handle types of monsters with different armaments to operate separately (i.e., if you encountered a group of goblins, some of which had swords, some of which had bows, would you consider them two groups, one which moves in to melee, and one which fires a volley from behind perhaps)? Thanks for any clarity, and again, love the work!

That sounds amazing!! Thank you for your efforts, I can't wait for that one.

Just wanted to comment that is is such a cool resource. Visually looks great, and perfect for generating interesting dungeons. Very old school, perfect for a dungeon crawl-head like me!

This is so good! I am always on the hunt for super light systems. Tunnel Goons is elegant but always felt slightly TOO simple for my liking - you adding in the 'classes' and dungeon and monster creation (albeit simple) rounds things out for me. Thank you!

Delivered something I didn't even realize I needed. Try it out!
