I enjoyed this! The flower growing mechanic was really sweet, and it was very satisfying to become an absolutely huge blob, and eating trash. I enjoyed launching my blob-children to distant islands, so they too could feast on delicious garbage, and grow big and strong. It was fun rag-dolling some robots, too.

Couple technical notes: I was a bit confused when I started, because the game defaults to maximum zoom so it seems like an FPS; and with a mouse sensitivity of one, so I couldn't turn at all. Also, there is no way to quit your game, without pressing alt-f4! The quit button takes me back to the cut-scene (which is very pretty, I might add!)

Well done!!

The art and the design are very cute, and add a lot. I love the determined little look on my slice's face as he trots along to bifurcate some condiments.

I would say, though, I did find the controls unintuitive. It took me a good five minutes of standing underneath the falling enemy and trying to swipe upwards to realise I'm supposed to swipe in a different direction to the button I'm pressing.

Some more stuff I liked though: the condiment splodges are great, and really satisfyingly splatter-y, as is the sword swing sound and animation. The noughts & crosses mini-map design is clever, and communicates very clearly what the objective is.  And the music, especially given it was made in 20 minutes, is as smooth and buttery as my completed sandwiches.

It's really good fun, well done you lot.

I love the art and sound design!! It really adds to the feel of the game.

Also, the shape of the projectiles is so cool, and thematic. And very satisfying to spear a bacterium and watch it float inertly.

Maybe I'm just too good (lol sure), but I felt maybe the upgrades came a bit too thick and fast?

Really enjoyed it.
