As someone who has been really, really trying to get the Lane routes done, I will say that I much prefer the MC's dialogue and interactions when pursuing Lane. For example, if you side with Lane all three times during the confrontation between him and BB, it's described as less the MC finding his behaviour actually funny, and more like an involuntary reaction brought on by the stressful situation - which is believable to me, because I've struggled with having the exact opposite emotional response to certain situations.

However, something that seriously bothered me is that in my attempts to get Lane's Route 1, I kept getting his Route 2; so I went online for help getting it, but I didn't want to skip Shift 1 because, you know, you shouldn't have to do that to get a route. But the guide I read specifically stated to not watch the TV to learn about the murder/disappearances in the area around your business, which if you do that, triggers the bad ending where the MC is assaulted on her way home from work and commits suicide several months later, which... I have some thoughts on.

First of all, to me, the bad ending feels a bit... pointless? It just feels like it's there to inject a horrible demise to your character for making the wrong choices. Which, to be fair, I went into this game knowing that SA was listed in the warnings, so I knew the risks of encountering it. But it just feels like it contributes nothing other than to be a shocking death. I fully expected BB to be somewhere nearby if you scream, but he just... isn't. He punches out Lane for saying your name, and then just... lets you walk home alone, knowing the risks, which results in the MC getting physically assaulted. And the scene goes on uncomfortably long, which, to be fair, I do think things like that - when portrayed at all - should be portrayed in a way that properly conveys the horror to your audience, but in a respectful, meaningful way. It just... felt meaningless to me. It didn't really contribute anything outside of being shocking.

Another thing that bothers me is just how long of a gap between triggering the bad end route is from the actual bad end. It's all of Shift 2. So you put in all this time getting ready that morning, doing the date thing with Lane, cleaning up the store and doing all of the work chores, having the confrontation between Lane and BB, just for every second of that to wind up being completely pointless, making the entire assault feel even more meaningless, because you wasted so much of your time for something completely unavoidable after making one bad choice hours earlier. And yeah, from a real-world standpoint, that would happen; one bad choice can have far-reaching consequences down the line. But from a gameplay standpoint, I just wasted over an hour of gameplay and had no means of avoiding it afterward. I'll be honest - I considered uninstalling the game.

You focus on your health and well-being. A couple days, a week - we'll be here. Your health is so much more important.

I keep getting a reply to my Daily's that I'm not sending enough drives. They'll ask for 3 level 3, I'll send 3 level 3, but they'll say I didn't send enough drives. It sucks because story-driven drives will go unnoticed at times.

Looking forward to this. I love your work~ ❤❤
