About a month and a half ago I posted a call on this thread regarding a visual novel I want to create called 'Mortimer Academy' (found here). From that an almost complete team has been assembled, however we're still currently in need of both a CG and BG artist (and possibly more roles down the track, however that is unimportant for the time being).
At the moment I cannot offer a payed position, however, at some point over the next year, the plan is to release a 3 chapter demo (out of an approx. 10 chapter full game) and launch a Kickstarter. After successful funding, people would be retroactively compensated for any art up to that point.
At an approximate guess, so this is by no means set in stone, we will need six backgrounds and five CGs for both the demo and promotional purposes (aka the Kickstarter and social media promoting both the game itself and the Kickstarter).
'Mortimer Academy' is a gothic inspired mystery inspired by games like Creme de la Creme, Andromeda Six, and Our Life, as well as various other things - especially the 'dark academia' aesthetic. As we haven't yet officially announced the game (something which we are hoping to do very soon) I don't want to publish the blurb publicly yet, however if you are at all interested, feel free to ask for more information!
