I'm glad you like the idea! I've done a manual tesselation placement program before without AI. I've been writing my own AI framework for coding projects which I call claude-on-rails. I thought this would be a good chance to test it out on a small project. But in general I agree, it is good to force yourself to code without AI sometimes to keep your coding skills sharp. But in contrast using AI allowed me to focus on the vision and the design, without getting bogged down in the coding details.
Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Maybe I could add an options page in the future. You could turn the "metronome" off for the speed run version. The idea behind the metronome is it forces you to have to hold the numbers in your working memory a little longer, and empty them at a prescribed rate, which I think take a little more concentration. But turning off the metronome and going for speed would be a fun option.
