I have a follow up. Just wondering what your thoughts are on 1 v 1 combats and how to handle them? For example, one player is separate from the group and is in a fight with a sailor in tavern.

Cool game. When souls are used to pump the whale’s heart, how does that happen? Do the player’s add souls at the end of the game session or at any point during the game? Can the captain contribute souls? And, if a player has 5 Souls banked, can they spend them all in a turn or is the standard 1 soul spent per player turn?
