About RGB WARS
RGB WARS is a fast-paced third-person combat prototype built around color matching.
RGB WARS: Color Combat by Bad_Silicone
Enemies are Red, Green, or Blue. Switch your own RGB color to match your target, fire your beam, and survive increasingly chaotic waves.
Your weapon can be fired quickly or charged for more power—but charging restricts your movement. Dodge to escape danger, at the cost of cancelling your current charge.
This prototype contains 10 waves designed to test the core combat loop.
Controls
WASD — Move Mouse — Aim Q / E — Change RGB color Left Mouse Button — Fire Hold Left Mouse Button — Charge shot Space — Dodge
Important: Your color must match the enemy's color to deal damage.
Dodging while charging cancels the shot.
Prototype
This is an early gameplay prototype, not a finished game.
The purpose of this release is to find out whether the core RGB combat system is fun, understandable, and worth developing further.
Expect placeholder/simple visuals and balance that may change based on player feedback.
Feedback
After playing, I'd especially like to know:
- Was matching your RGB color to enemies immediately understandable?
- Did switching between Red, Green, and Blue feel comfortable?
- Did charging a shot feel worth the risk?
- Did the dodge feel responsive?
- Which enemy type was the most fun or frustrating?
- At which wave did the game become too easy or too difficult?
- Would you play a more developed version of this game?
Please leave your feedback in the comments below. Even a short answer about what felt good or frustrating is useful.
