Thanks for the kind words! Enjoy making your game 🙌

Well that sounds refreshing as heck ❤️. It’s officially on the list now!

Right on! I'll keep an eye out and I appreciate the response! I will probably make a Playdate game at some point.

Hi Stephen! I absolutely love this game. It's brilliant... and I just discovered you have 2 other games on Playdate :D

Is there anywhere I can follow your work in addition to itch, like Twitter or BlueSky or wherever?

Sure thing. I'm only focusing on 2D right now so I haven't thought about making this work for 3D games... but I'll put that on the roadmap!

I’ll be honest, I haven’t tried that. I suspect the transitions (certainly the Zelda one) would need to be modified at the very least. I generally don’t make 3D games so I wasn’t thinking about that use case 🤔 Perhaps that’s something I’ll add in future versions. If you decide to download it and try, let me know how it goes.

Absolutely! This is free for you to use in commercial projects! Thanks for asking.

I have free source code up on my itch page along with a YouTube tutorial that walks you through how it all works. It’s aimed at Godot beginners. Thought you might be interested. I was just looking at this adorable game (didn’t realize it was a Godot project) and saw your comment. Good luck with your game dev journey, however you choose to learn it! https://baconandgames.itch.io/lets-make-snake-source

In the interest of preserving games that died when Flash took its long nap, Lazy Thief has been brought back to life! It's a physic-puzzler in the style of early iOS games and classic Flash titles (grid of levels, get all the stars, etc). It's meant to be something you can play through in an hour or two, unless you get sucked into getting ALL the stars. I've been there, don't sweat it - you're not alone.

Lazy Thief tasks you with throwing rocks, bouncy balls, and ninja stars (for cutting ropes) at colored gems in an attempt to drop them on to corresponding colored blocks. Once you get all the gems onto the right blocks - A WINNER IS YOU! This game is completely free on desktop as it has always been, though the mobile versions (if that's your bag) contain a few ads with a 99 cent removal fee.

Anyhow, it was a fun project that I chipped away at so many years ago and it's really nice to be able to preserve it :) I don't mean to spam the forums with my self-promotion, just following the advice of the email itch sent me :P Thanks for reading!

I really enjoyed this! I appreciate a short, focused experience. Nothing was overused so much that it got stale and the end was a nice way to bring it all together into one, different challenge. Nice work <3

Fahmi and team, that was amazing. I... I don't have words for this. Thank you and be well!
