thank you for playing! shoutout to our art peeps

Thank you! our team spent a lot of time making sure the vibe and aesthetic lined up well

thank you for playing! we had a lot of time designing a ton of different upgrades, with different spawn rates for the items as well

thank you for playing! we'd love to build more progression with the monsters and have it feel different, and our art team had a lot of fun making some wacky creatures.

Thank you for playing the game! hopefully the drawing tablet helped you go even faster on the lasso'ing

Our team is a big fan of pokemon, so Pokemon Rangers was definitely an inspiration point. Glad that the inspiration came through!

Really impressed that you made a level editor, and also thought the puzzle aspects were great. Big fan and excited to see where it could go!

Huge fan of the game! Feels like it scratches an itch in my head with multitasking and paying attention to everything at once. Once I was in a groove I felt like I was in a really fun flow state. Would love to see where this develops!

Really fun game, the game mechanics were easy to understand and trying to get all the different upgrades was awesome to look forward to. Really enjoyed it and would love to see where it goes!!

Movement felt really crisp and the running animation looked great.

The art style really fit perfectly with the vibe of the game and the goal, really enjoyed adjusting the size of my hug to do more damage or less damage. Really cute game!!

Loved how many little minigames you made and felt silly in a good way.

+1 to the comment on the loop detection! We tried to do something similar in our game but struggled, so we weren't able to implement accuracy with the drawing of a loop. Felt like I was in a Duolingo lesson for learning knots and really impressed!

Adding a slight attack animation would've helped a lot with knowing when I was actually in range of an attack with my weapon, at first I was just taking damage from the slimes. I like the overall idea and slight horror vibe, can see it developing further into a horror dungeon crawler mystery that I love!

Yes! was a big fan and felt like once I got locked into a good rhythm it felt really smooth

One of my favorite games this entire jam, huge fan of the idea and chaining together all the papers scratched an itch for me. Can't wait to Completionist++ this game one day

Really satisfying once I got in a groove with the controls and movement. I'm a big fan of the overall vibe of the platformer as well!

Genuinely so fun to run around, and the drunk/loopy effects to the screen felt really nice and not distracting. The hamster seems like a lad, would get a drink with him.

Really fun game that gets addicting fast just trying to get the perfect score.

Loved the puzzles and I actually thought the controls weren't too confusing. The actual shifting from platforms was really smooth, and the slight effects to the screen helped sell the effect really well.

Loved the idea and how straightforward it is. Actual movement and the rewinding mechanic works so well that it isn't jarring at all.

Genuinely was getting so spooked while playing it, I couldn't even make it to 6am. The narrative and storywriting is phenomenal and so immersive

This is probably one of the most creative games I've seen yet in the game jam - love the idea of forming an actual loop with the words did something, and felt like I was getting the hang of it eventually.

I definitely just started clicking around, but when I made an effort to actually find rhymes that word while clicking to the beat, it felt really fun and satisfying.

Very cute short little game that felt very cozy

The stamp was so satisfying to press that I instinctively fired myself. Fun little game where the stamp going down felt really satisfying

Really simple but loved the implementation and the controls felt really smooth. Felt like I was in Interstellar drifting around the black hole for a bit

Once I got a grasp on the controls it was super fun and addicting, really loved the whole vibes that you created with the art and music. Thought the ability to change my mouse sens is undervalued and was a really nice QoL touch for me!!

thank you for playing! We wanted to add a margin of error type to ensure people would draw loops/circles, but it started breaking everything. definitely want to add some more loop type drawings eventually

thank you for playing! hopefully we did the idea justice to your brainstorm

thank you for playing and the feedback! that's a great shout, building more clarity around the items being passive vs. consumable thank you

thank you! we had a lot of fun thinking of the upgrade ideas

thank you for playing and the feedback! absolutely we wanted to add different loop-like patterns eventually, maybe having the boss be an infinity loop, but we struggled with the implementation a bit. maybe one day though we will add!!

Thank you!! s/o the art team they killed it

thank you!! we actually wanted to make it pokemon esque where the captured enemies would become your friend, but we scratched it since we already had so much going on

Loved the art style and the stamp feeling was really satisfying.

Loved the concept and the puzzles, and the game felt so smooth with all my past echos running around.

Somehow got taxed way too much just like in real life. 10/10
Really fun game and really enjoyed it, easily just sunk over half an hour rolling and hoping for better upgrades.

Felt so satisfying getting it into the corner every time and the actual game felt so smooth and polished!

I loved the idea and how it related back to loop, and also felt the anxiety that brought me back to my childhood at dinner parties. I think the idea is so clever, and loved the story of the character growing up.

big fan of the storytelling and the world building, thought the way that you incorporated the concept was cool!

thank you!
