LOL thank you for playing it!

This was one of my first projects when I was learning how to use Unity, I should take a second stab at this because holy christ I did NOT fix those bugs, huh.

I loved in the intro you mentioned "I won't need to step back", which you're not wrong, but later on before the big glitched end there was a moment where you saw a huge crowd and started running backward.

I always love seeing people interact with what I made so thank you for taking the time to share and credit the others who worked on this game jam with me <3

Gives me war flashbacks of TwitchPlaysPokemon

Would experience the PTSD again, 10/10

I love the donut butts lmao

Yeah, if you cross the gates and take a few steps forward that triggers the end state.

I guess I'm not sure if that interacts weird with being able to cross into the terrain? I did my best to fix that glitch but it seems I didn't squash the bug. Glad you enjoyed the aesthetic and that my goal in the rotation of the camera was solid!

I love the references to mythology and the sphinx's riddle was wonderful. Had to really think about it!

3D modeling work by Snotbeam - https://snotbeam.itch.io/

Music by Grant Smith - https://grantyoumanywishes.itch.io/

Fonts used from DaFont.com: Feast of Flesh, Aspire, Promenade

Car and meteor models from Sketchfab.com: By Sprint and Brandon Westlake respectively. Zombie models with MakeHuman.

W & S - Walk one step along the grid

A & D - Rotate 90 degrees

Mouse - Look around in current rotation

Space - Wait a turn

Avoid THE FLESH THAT AWAKES and the zombies that would have you for dinner! Escape the graveyard to survive!!!

10/25 update - Bug fixed where player could accidentally end up 6ft under the biggest hill.

Your video is good! Thank you for taking the time to play it! Honestly I'm shocked anyone took the time to make a video of their experience. I'm very thankful! Also your criticisms are well heard, on the game jam page others said similar as well.

Hint: There's a key in the board room you missed that goes to that door ;)

Also, if you made it to 5pm, you'd make it to level 2.

Thank You For Your Interest In My Game!

Atmosphere was fantastic. Can't stress that enough.

If you find yourself confused or unsure of what to do, I've left a short, simple strategy guide in my page's devlog here: https://axiomata.itch.io/thank-you-for-your-interest-in-our-company/devlog/15967...

Hope that helps!

If you find yourself confused as to what to do, the devlog I've posted has a very short, but very helpful strategy guide!

First time submitting to itch, I think I messed something up.

Also, I'll do something for next scream jam and this is more a learning piece for me, I'll see if I can get it uploaded correctly!

I don't think you broke it, I think I messed up with resolution settings and sometimes the lantern circle will become too small.

Also I spent a whole lot of time trying to craft art assets and realized my mechanics weren't communicating what I wanted them to. Thank you for playing it though!

First game jam submission.

Defo has issues. Glad I could finish a project in time!
