Thank you so much for playing and giving detailed feedback. I understand your frustration of not having a bigger view to see the path. we got a lot of feedback regarding that as well, so we are making sure to make the front wind shield way bigger and designing the interior in a way where it does not obstruct the player’s view too much hopefully this will help.

we too noticed about running into terrain objects, we did put collision boxes to the whole level, but yeah turns out you need to be way more accurate with it learned my lesson on that haha

Yeah the drones was definitely a failed part of the prototype we are actually making another prototype with much better enemies to make the stealth scenario of the game and switching to electric way more meaningful, so hopefully the next iteration these mechanics and elements would be better to use and the enemies would not just feel confusing or just a nuisance

Also for sure i will make sure that in future releases of this game i will add audio and graphic settings.

First off thank you so much for playing.I am glad you liked the atmosphere and vibe of the game. Really sorry that you had to experience a lot of nausea while playing. I will definitely make sure to add settings and features to make it way less nauseating of an experience. Also yeah for sure will make sure to make the dialogue audio way more clear with subtitles as well.

Hey Jamal. Thanks again for the detailed feedback. Was really helpful to see the gameplay. As you said in the video our initial plan was to also have a screen to display cards present in the deck.Though it was cut out for scope reasons, but after seeing you play, i can see that being essential now. I will definitely make sure to have it, if i make a card game like this again

Also I can’t believe i forgot to check on the UI placement again lol, well i have released a new patch it should improve the ui scaling and placement now, compared to before.

Hello Internet

I and my team have been working on a small prototype for the last 2 months, its called Rally shift. I am super hyped to release this initial prototype. We really want you to play it and give feedback on how we could improve the game and make it the best rally game ever.

We mainly want to see whether do you get a thrill factor when playing and whether the driving is fun.

Description

It is a first person stealth rally racing game. Where you need to escort a bomb to safety as fast as humanly possible. You get to control between two different car modes, Engine and Electric, both having different properties and use cases.

We took inspiration from games like art of Rally and pacific drive to make this project. I personally feel it has a bit of a vibe of pacific drive

Currently the game contains only 1 level, so playing and finishing it will not take long

The Reversing issue and thee health bar going off screen issue for the most part has been fixed and updated in the new released patch

there is always a possibility

I have to say the game was really fun.  really liked the level design of each level, the dynamic between fast paced movement with stealth is really well executed. The music and sounds in this game just wow like the reverb effects really make the environments so atmospheric. The movement of your first-person controller is so smooth. I really like the slight fov change when you move and the slight rotation when you move left, or right realty nice touches adds a lot of weight to the movement.  The only thing that really annoyed me was carrying those cubes it would cover a lot of the game view, I read that you are aware of this, so hopefully you are able to fix this. I also do think making the time trials bit lenient, in the sense if the time trial is 30 seconds make it 32 but the extra 2 seconds will be invisible to the player.  there were so many times where I would complete the level exactly at 30 seconds and it would restart making me a bit annoyed, but other than that really solid game, I hope you can make full release and have a successful launch.

no i am using windows  the  exe file is there but the game just wont run 

game is not running for me 

just want to say i am a big fan of your its really amazing what you made and its even helped me to push my self in game development  . firstly the punching is very satisfying especially with the sound effects each having a different sound and my favorite functionality of this game  is that there is no button combinations like in traditional fighters so there is no need to memorise .

i have only used keyboard and mouse to play the game not the controller 

THINGS WHICH CAN BE IMPROVED OR FIXED

1) one thing I noticed is when the player's body moves right and left it automatically goes to default position  its not bad  but it is hard to get accurate punches when it automatically goes to the default position ,maybe adding a fatigue system like if the player is in the right or left for tooo long it  goes back to default position

2) the fatigue system is to strong . if someone want's the game to be a bit   fast paced  it would be difficult as within 4 to 5 punches player is tired . I know you mentioned in  your latest vid you would fix it  but i just wanted to mention it 

3) it seems when you are spamming and the player is showing fatigue the player can still continuously punch the opponent if the player's gloves  is very close to the player . this can again cause spamming  and cheating .once when the player was tired it even played the super punch  after impact particle effect .

4) the super punch or charged after  punch sound effect only work for the front of the boy but for the shoulders or back of the body the super charge punch effect does not play only the normal punch sound effect plays
