I love the art work! You’ve nailed that perfect balance between the snug warmth of the campfire and the stark, biting chill of the snowy forest. But the background sound feels a tad cluttered at times.Maybe you can add some snow particle effects could really push that wintry atmosphere over the top.
I also think this aesthetic is practically begging for a stronger narrative focus—slowing the game pacing down a touch would give that built-in story vibe even more room to breathe. The mood alone already feels like it’s hiding a dozen little tales, which is such a rare quality!
Hope to see what new mechanics you’ll layer in down the line—this has so much untapped potential. Can’t wait to see where you take it next!
Loved the stock market hook—super clever premise for a game where you’re supposed to lose money, lmao. I think slowing the pacing down just a hair would really amp up the payoff when your predictions finally resolve, though. That slow-burn wait is half the fun of real trading anyway: the whole thrill comes from sitting with your guesses for a stretch before the market proves you right (or very, very wrong).
Whoa, I am obsessed with this game! The entire visual package—environment modeling, lighting, rendering, all of it—is absolutely stunning, and you nailed that oppressive, heavy atmosphere. Even without much explicit backstory yet, I can still pick up on that grim wartime tension you’ve woven into every detail.
I’d love to see you flesh out the backstory in future updates—leaning harder into horror/war themes would fit the tone perfectly. With a full narrative, this could easily become a standout indie horror gem or a super compelling narrative-driven experience. It’s already so captivating as-is, but once you polish up the story? You have to send this to youtubers who cover this niche—they will absolutely eat it up!
This is seriously slept on so far—probably because the subject matter is a bit niche—but the quality here is through the roof. Totally deserves way more eyes on it!
Gameplay’s decent, but it definitely needs some polishing. Right now, hitting the target score by just picking between +500 and +100 increments is trivial to math out — barely takes any mental effort. Ramping up the complexity of the calculations would make the whole experience way more engaging. Maybe like sometimes random reduce your score or something.
