This is a long lasting issue and it is starting to get really frustrating for us as this really affects the presentation of the pages. How should we promote our new animated additions to the packs if the previews/images are not animating at all? 

The miniatures previews (thumbnails and screenshots) are not animating accross all our assets packs (both new and old ones), some older assets included in the text are animating though:

Gifs are not animating even in devlogs, for example here:

Apologies! We’ve just updated the free pack - it now includes a .blend file with the roads, plus brand-new road textures! Enjoy!

yeah right, we tried and it was not looking good - that's the main reason we stick only with a 32p but we're not ruling it out completely in the future.

Oh, my bad! Then look for: IndustrialAssets1_Collectables_1_v1.0.psd , it should be in both SOURCE/Photoshop PSDs 16p and SOURCE/Photoshop PSDs 32p folders. And thank you for your support!

PSDs are only included in the Source version of the pack. However, if you want to, you should be able to directly open the spritesheet png file with collectibles in probably any editing software.
