ta bueno

You can find me online as Ignawesome on most platforms, let me know when you are ready if you are interested.

I loved it. This type of interactive guides are amazing as educational material. I'm a teacher myself and I'm also a Spanish translator. I can offer to translate to Spanish if you want. It'd be pretty useful for my students. Thanks for your hard work!

I got Laba Stinget on day 36 as my last lababo... I could have sold it to last one more day but I chose to keep it and be kicked out.

Thanks for playing! Do you mind me asking... how did you find the game?

Congrats on getting the code review! Fun game

License?

Thanks for playing! :)

Perfect NES vibes, great pixel art and huge game. Made with custom tools too? Incredible. Kudoz for such efficient work.

Yeah we had some trouble with the NES aspect.... Mostly due to lack of experience with the medium. I ended up prioritizing getting the game out working properly rather than the NES feel, as there were some aspects of Penguin Adventure like curved roads and perspective we did not know how to implement in space with a NES feel so I just experimented until something felt somewhat passable. Thanks for playing!

Fun concept. Started pretty easy but I wasn't able to beat hard mode. Changing the crocodile for a turtle is just plain evil 😆

Amazing entry. Very much like original NES, but also fun and responsive. Music was great too.

Beautiful pixel art

I gave up trying to find the tuning fork though, since I went back and forth a couple times and I didn't see it before.

I guess it does not spawn until you talk to the villager asking for it? The walking speed is on the slow side to have to walk back and forth for every item.

Yeah I don't mean "build a deck, here are all 200 cards" but maybe something like "deck 1: focus on dealing and healing damage" "deck 2: focus on getting stars and infinite cards that use them" "deck 3: focused on getting coins"

Glad you liked it! Nice score too.

We know the NES feel is not as high as other entries, but we did not want to get stumped trying to make it look like actual NES, as we prioritized having a finished entry. Thanks for playing!

You are correct. Level progression was added during the last 2 days and I prioritized making visually different planets over tweaking game balance for each level. Thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing!

Played twice against the robot and lost to pure RNG...

Reminds me of God Field but the only reason I've played that is to laugh playing against friends.

Badly needs some type of deckbuilding options.

Hi! I'm interested in the software. I would love to see a preview, some footage/tutorial of how it works. Also some recommendations on how you sort your own sound libraries to keep organized :)

Thanks! Works great now :)

This is what I see when I open Drafft 2.1.2

I cannot scroll, clicking the mouse or pressing all keyboard keys does not do anything. There are no buttons on screen, nothing on screen reacts to being clicked.

Im on Windows 64 bits

Oh, I didn't realize those markers indicated higher jumps... they just look like decorative patches of dirt.

Nice little game, the art is gorgeous.

The controls were a little finicky, I kept over-correcting my moves because the character is too fast for the precision platforming required.

Sadly, I was not able to progress from here :(

The spiral version is very elegant. I still appreciate the cross media bar for the categorization aspect. Very interesting case study.

Cool concept, but I thought I could choose a side lol First thing I saw was a skeleton and I wanted to join that side.. "A sentient sword has no side," I thought.

By the time I realized some were allies it was too late. Also, whenever an ally grabs me, they just back away until they fall off the cliff lol

Nice little game. Very cute and consistent art for a 1-week game jam.
I could not beat it. Is there an ending? I didn't know if there was anything else to do other than fix the haunted objects.
I had some issues with the camera drifting right until I put it in fullscreen.

Cute :)

Really nice presentation!
I got 18000 points :)

Thanks for your hard work. Vinny gave a shoutout to the judges on Monday too.

Really good presentation!

I beat the first level without knowing how to shoot 😅

Figured out I had to use the mouse and beat the boss!

Lol same

I think I got stuck before the true ending... the powerup that teleported me up made me go through the ceiling... Couldn't get back down.

Pretty fun and cute though!

Thanks for playing! Yeah I've been told about the rat scene... But you figured it out?

Last update I made the interactable rat whiter so it stands out a little more. If you wait until the song is over it also sends you to the next dream. Sadly I finished that scene right before the deadline so I could barely touch it 😅
