I first emailed the support in october 2024, and got an automatic reponse saying "

Your request (233477) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

To add additional comments, reply to this email" and never got a response... I sent a few replies but still just more automatic responses. The most recent one said "

Your request (251867) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

To add additional comments, reply to this email." What do I do?? I just need help from support. I'm emailing support@itch.io
