Up, Down, Left and Right now can't be rebinded unlike previous versions of the game that allowed you to.. why? Doesn't affect-me much since I can just configure my Auto-Hotkey script to rebind my keys, but it sure isn't convenient. 

I'm using aseprite v 1.3.10.1 and tweening doesn't work no matter what I do, all it does is duplicate the selected frame and move it around at random.
