Edge of Reality: A Starscribed Fiction. Or just called Starscribed.
This game is a challenge, not because of unfairness, but because it full on tells you what it expects and it does not accept anything less. The combat is fun, engaging, and you need to be on your toes for every turn. I vibe with it very well as I tend to have a mentality of "Move or get hit." when it comes to many action games, because either you get good and move out of the way, or you get hit.
Many people apparently found the game too hard, but that may be because they went in with the thought that the game was an easy turn-based, and not an active-action based game.
Musically and visually speaking, the game is also good. While there may be some spots that could do with a little polish, overall the presentation is done well. With music to help convey how intense a battle is to helping set the mood for a scene. Story wise, it is certainly interesting and definitely takes its inspiration from both real world mythologies and folklore. With this demo only covering the Prologue and Chapter 1, I can only wait to see what more awaits in the rest of the story. Let alone the Cosmic Trials!
Score: 5 out of 5, give me a full damn game.
