Thanks for listening! I made the whole sountrack rock because it's supposed to sound like an indie rock band is playing it, and I'm glad you liked it!

Thank you so much for your comments on each track! I'm happy you enjoyed them, they were all really fun to make. The whole soundtrack is supposed to have the indie vibe, it's supposed to sound like an indie band made it, so I'm glad you noticed it sounded like that! For One Summer Night I thought it would be cool to let the listener interpret the lyrics in their own way, but maybe I should make a lyric video for those who can't quite figure out how they go

Thanks for listening and giving your comments on each track, I really appreciate it! The clarinet-like instrument is called a khaen and it's a pretty weird instrument, you should look it up! I'm happy you said like One Summer Night feels like an actual song, that was what I was going for. The whole soundtrack is kinda supposed to sound like it was made my an indie band, but especially that one!

I feel like I could see this soundtrack playing on a game from coolmathgames. There are good things and bad things about this. The ideas you have are unique, just not executed the best they could've been. The melody doesn't exactly feel like it works with the chords you chose and it makes it feel very disjointed. But maybe that was what you were going for, I'm not sure. Keep making music and you'll slowly improve, even when it doesn't seem like it. Practice makes perfect!

This is so nice to listen to, I really like the instruments that you used. It definitely gives me that "summer night" vibe and the chord progessions on both of these tracks feel so magical. These are super well made, good job! I just wish you had come up with a game concept that this  music would go to, but other than that they are amazing!

This game concept is so fun and unique, it sounds like it would've been a flash game back in like 2010. The music does NOT disappoint though, the composition and quality are amazing! You would be great at composing marches for bands to play. Overall, this is really great! Keep making stuff like this!

This was definitely and experience, I'll just say that. Each song was very high quality and composed super well! My favorite is definitely Trapwater Beach, it's so groovy! My only complaint is that some of the tracks feel like they would come from an entirely different game - but that's not exactly a bad thing! Different styles of music can make the sountrack feel more fresh and not repetitive. I really enjoyed listening to all these tracks, and the your concept for the game sounds like it would be a huge hit! Really good stuff, keep it up!

Also how did you find the time to make all this music?? I felt like I was super rushed with only 12 minutes and you have a full 30! Genuinely super impressive that you were able to quickly make this while keeping them high quality!

Thanks for listening! I personally think it would be better if there wasn't a singer, that way the player could interpret the song in their own way and have it be more personal. Also I'm sorry you can relate to the story, it can be a really tough thing to go through

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it!

I could definitely see these being used in an RPG game, they sound amazing! I really like how the strings sound throughout each track, the consistency really ties it all together. I enjoyed the effects in the cave theme, I thought it was really creative and good contrast from the other tracks. However, I don't really feel like this exactly fits the theme of the composing jam. Other than that, great job!

This is one of the coolest and most unique submissions I've heard so far, wow. These tracks tickled my brain in the best way possible. You have a special talent for creating some crazy jazz rhythms. I wish you had thought out a more in-depth storyline for your game for these tracks to go to, I think that would elevate them just a little more. This was so fun to listen to though, keep making stuff like this!!

This was amazing! I enjoyed each track and had a lot of fun listening to them! I really like the story you came up with for this game, it resonates deeply with me, and each song closely follows it, great job on the storytelling! I thought the aggressive synths in "The Decayed" were really nice, and a great contrast to the other tracks. I also really enjoyed the final track, it's a great switchup from the one before it and it's filled with hope. Thanks for sharing this, keep on making good music!

This is some good synth music, sounds like something that would've been in an old arcade game. I wish you had included a story or at least an idea for a game that this music would go to. Good stuff though, nice job!

This is a really unique take on the theme and I had a lot of fun listening to it! Each track was produced with such amazing quality, it almost sounds like it could be apart of a big detective movie. I also really like the instruments you chose, especially the percussion. It really helped convey the detective theme you were going for. Through some of these tracks, I felt a more Arabic vibe from the choice of scales you used, and even kind of a superhero them vibe from the brass at some parts. Overall, I really enjoyed it! Keep up the amazing work!

Wow this is super ambient and really nice to listen to. It almost reminds me of a mix of the newer minecraft music and the terraria soundtrack, especially the first song. Nice job!

Listening to this felt like  I just lived through the events that you described. It's very well made and it definitely fits the theme that you were going for. I really enjoyed the swelling moments present throughout each track. This is really awesome, keep making stuff like this!

This is really great! I really like how you mixed orchestral and electronic elements together, I haven't really heard anyone do it where it flows as well as your does. I also don't usually like when people add sound effects to their music, but you made it work super well! I could definitely see this sountrack in an indie game or even a movie, good job!

Wow, you somehow guessed EXACTLY what I was going for!

Do you have any specific midi controllers you would recommend? I was looking for one a while ago but I never actually went through with getting one.

this is so peaceful, i love it!

thank you!
