This was definitely and experience, I'll just say that. Each song was very high quality and composed super well! My favorite is definitely Trapwater Beach, it's so groovy! My only complaint is that some of the tracks feel like they would come from an entirely different game - but that's not exactly a bad thing! Different styles of music can make the sountrack feel more fresh and not repetitive. I really enjoyed listening to all these tracks, and the your concept for the game sounds like it would be a huge hit! Really good stuff, keep it up!

Also how did you find the time to make all this music?? I felt like I was super rushed with only 12 minutes and you have a full 30! Genuinely super impressive that you were able to quickly make this while keeping them high quality!

Thank you for your comment and feedback!

You're not alone in your complaint, one of my friends told me that some songs like "Grotto" and "The Lighthouse" felt like they didn't fit despite being alright. I tried using an electric piano and strings to tie the tracks together but I'll admit that I didn't try as hard to stay consistent (this has been a bit of a problem recently when making songs). I'll keep that in mind for next time, though, I still have a lot to learn, even if this is my fifth year making songs now.

About the quantity... Ehh I'm not sure, I've listened to soundtracks in this jam that felt a lot more thought out than mine. I guess that's it, "thought out" instead of "quality", I guess? You can still have good songs, even on a short timeframe, but a few songs that are really thought out can really be special in my eyes. I was afraid people would get suspicious that I started composing before the jam lol. I didn't really have a lot going on these past few days so I basically spent every waking hour working on this, which I must say is NOT healthy, but I did have a lot of fun!

I guess everyone has a different speed at which they go about things. At the end of the day though, it's the final product that counts, no matter how fast or slow you are.

Maybe I'll do some kind of devlog lol, that could be fun
