had a lot of fun with this! you captured the frantic fun of mini metro but with new mechanics that made it fresh to play imo :DD slight nitpick is i wish that the countdown for passengers in your train would start pulsing like the stations when they got close to running out to make it clearer! but amazing work :DDD

Really fun game!! I could only find 40/42 tags though, and 38/39 users :( (realised after looking at this page again i was missing @HeckinPuppers; couldn't find them even when i searched their name... the search tool is a bit buggy, i randomly found @TruthRevealed by searching "l", but this is a minor nitpick with a great experience)
i would def play this for another few hours and recommend it to all my friends, one of my fav games from the jam so far that i've played!!

this is a really cool idea!! unfortunately i don't think i'm good enough at recognising beats, got stuck on like the 4th level D:
maybe my laptop speakers are just bad/ my hearing is bad (both very likely), but i feel like i can't hear anything for some of the beats when the bottom of the screen indicates there should be a beat TT
still love the concept and it's a really enjoyable game!! the soundtrack is of course great and i think the visuals match the game well (watching the player's head roll after a mistimed beat and seeing your past attempts on the floor is a really funny touch LOL)

oh that's a really good idea!! thank you for the feedback!!! :DD i think that could keep the feeling of chaos in later levels while definitely providing more clarity for player choice, tyy :))))

tysm!! :DD

i don't normally play a lot of platformers (and am atrocious at them) but i found this really fun!! i like how when you go back in time you unlock more of the song as well :D
unfortunately haven't managed to make it out D: i liked how for the first few rewinds a rock falls nearby exposing a new path to a gem, but after the third gem i'm not sure where you're meant to go? the only path i figured out got me to the top of a rock where a blue object was peeking out (see below) but i can't seem to interact with it and i can't figure out another path :(
but i still enjoyed this game!! i'm sure someone better at platforming than me will find this a very fun game :DD

Thank you!!! glad you enjoyed the mechanic, even if the game is really buggy XD

as other commentors have said, lots of rough edges with the controls, it's hard to aim and one time i died by walking off the edge and the environment blocked the death dialogue D: (but my game is really buggy too haha, that's how it is with game jam constraints XD)
but despite these, i kept coming back after each death to explore more; the atmosphere of the game is really captivating!! the visuals contributed really well to this atmosphere, and i like that the changed you've caused each life (eg setting the house on fire, your corpses, killed enemies) remain there after each death.
it's a bit unclear what actually changes each death (other than being killed by the snake letting you shoot fire?), it took me a while to figure out that you seem to become immune to whatever has previously killed you? (leading to me walking off bounds and falling infinitely, haha. i had to restart the game after that though :( )
and it's a bit unclear what you can and can't do: i tried blasting the castle doors with fire, thinking we were meant to explore the castle that way but it didnt work, so it was surprising when i suddenly lit the house on fire trying to burn down the bushes XD (i'm still not sure if we can actually enter the castle lol)
overall, i had a lot of fun with this!! spent quite a lot of time on this game, i would love to see this expanded into a larger game with a longer storyline and more unlocks!!!

the way the circles are drawn kind of reminded me of a 3B1B math video (in like the best way possible haha)
the mechanic of moving around in orbits is really creative!! rlly enjoyable but quite hard though, i think i never hit a shot with the normal gun LOL

tyy!! sorry about the bugs, but glad you found the main mechanic fun!! :DDD

tyyy :)))

aaa tysmm :))) !! very glad you had fun with my game

omg thank u!! :DDD

yoo i love management games!!! the idea of the strip being a mobius strip and having to plan around the order that customers visit is so unique, love it :DD think that the game is quite slow at the beginning though, if there was an option to speed up that might help :)

i love the vibes of this game!! all the coworkers being pawns is a nice detail, the art style and music all complement the game quite well making the whole escape feel thrilling :D
slight nitpick though i wasn't quite sure about how to deal with some obstacles at first though, like i thought the walking coworkers were enemies of some kind (managers??) or that you were meant to stand at a desk and pretend to work when in view of a CCTV XD
overall enjoyed the game a lot though!!

tysmm!! i spent a lot (too much...) time on it actually so i'm glad to hear that :DDD

tysm :)) yeah, i didn't really have time to balance it further on lol, but glad you enjoyed it!! :D

thank u!! im very proud of it :DD

noted! :) i wanted to add more chaos by taking away that choice but in retrospect it definitely made the game frustrating at times, thank u for the feedback!!

tysm!! :D

The narrative is really interesting! I thought the twist at the ending (no spoilers) was really unique and some of the dialogue options at the end really made me think about the answers for a bit. however, felt like a lot of the earlier answers were very one sided, where one is obviously the "correct" one and the other is obviously "wrong" (though maybe that's intentional? i haven't played a lot of games focused on dialogue choices). I still thought some of the "wrong" ones were quite funny though lol
the art and music complement the narrative well too!  overall very interesting game, i went back and explored different dialogue options quite a few times to see what the different possibilities were :D

really fun game!! feel like it's kind of hard to get enough points,  but then again i lost a round by just 1 point :( ...  i'll get it next time >:(

fun concept! i enjoyed it, though personally it's kind of hard to see the direction the player block is facing because its so dark; while you get used to the rhythm at which the block rotates after a few tries, i failed the tutorial a few times before i got the grasp of it LOL

omg i absolutely love this. it's quite hard (my highest so far is only 36 difference) but like in a really fun way that's challenging me to try again and again. plus the faces are cute and funny, the music matches the feeling of the game really well,  game is an absolute vibe. def will be coming back to play this in the future!!

i love the concept!! i wish we could see the stuff we bought previously though, so it feels like there's some sense of progress even if it's all meaningless and we're stuck in a loop anyway! (consumerism :0 ) i could totally see myself spending hours on a version of the game where i could see all the clutter i- i mean bob ends up accumulating LOL

plus the art style fits the game so well, i love the vibes :DD

also eyyy solo game asw!!!
