Thanks a lot for the feedback! Dofus is indeed one of my main inspirations for the combat system, so I'm glad that came through!

It is normally possible to cancel a selected spell with Escape, but I realized after the jam that this causes an issue when playing in fullscreen on itch.io. I plan to fix that, along with a few other small issues, after the voting period.

Thanks as well for the feedback about character visibility, I'll keep that in mind for my future games :)

Thanks for recommending your game to me! I played it for about 20–30 minutes. I found the concept of the dialogue system very original, although I have to admit that I had some trouble understanding how it worked.

I noticed two small issues that might be useful to you:

  • The interaction area around the characters seemed very small. Several times, I thought a character couldn't be interacted with when I simply wasn't standing close enough or in exactly the right spot.
  • After changing areas, my character ended up stuck behind a house and I couldn't move anymore. I think I was still moving when the map changed, so my movement may have continued during the transition.

That's where I stopped playing, but I still watched the rest of the game on SinsRay's stream to see the parts I wasn't able to reach myself. :)

Thanks again for your feedback on my game, and good luck with the jam!

Thanks for trying out my game! It's a TRPG, a type of RPG where combat is played out on a grid. Thanks for sharing your stream, I'll take a look at it! ;)

Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the game! There are definitely still a few bugs to fix, but I'm really happy you had a good time playing it. Thanks for playing!

Thanks for the feedback! I did indeed post in French due to a lack of time, but you're right about using English!

There is indeed no basic attack at the moment; all attacks are skill-based. And thanks for the note about the "Tactical" tag—I'll change that.

I'm going to give your game a try, too!

Thanks for the positive comment! I plan to publish other games like this one in the coming months, as this is just my first.
