bug report: it constantly resets zone 5/5 of stage 39 and do not let me proceed to stage 40.

I am having a hard time understanding the description of some of the buffs:
- Overkill [T1]: ....100% to kill next enemy: what does this mean?
- Overkill [T2 and T3]: +1 extra kill per 100/50 level: you kill additional enemy every time you kill an enemy after 50/100 or every 50 levels, you just kill 1 additional enemy? If it is the latter isn't it useless?
- Sniper [T3]: Crit Chance checks doubles? does this mean crit chance doubles? what does check mean here?
- Sniper [T2]: If crit higher 100% deal extra double damage? is it crit chance or crit attack?
Also the formation that halves the ATK seems very useless.
