I like the art and music of this game! The little story part at the beginning sets the scene great! My only real complaint is that I could not for the life of me figure out how the oven game works and only beat it by opening and closing the door at random and winning by sheer luck lol. I also really like the wario-ware like minigame gameplay, it keeps stuff varied. Good job!

I like the simple but clean artstyle and the music! While I like the gameplay concept, the platformer controls really got in the way of me having a ton of fun. Not being able to buffer jumps or do coyote jumps made jumping feel very inconsistent. Jumping also felt very floaty, a fastfall mechanic could maybe help the player have better midair control. Also I encountered an error where several times I would press space, hear a jump sound, but not actually jump. If you polish this out in the future though, this could be a really fun game!

Simple but fun! I like how you have to constantly reposition to attack the active phase. One funny thing I noticed since your game is made in Godot, I think you used an AudioStreamPlayer2D for the music, so the music plays from the top left of the map and gets quieter near the bottom right. To make the music non positional, you can swap it out for just an AudioSteamPlayer which doesn't have a 2d transform.

I like the wide variety of gameplay while still using similar controls for everything. It makes it really easy to instantly understand the controls and just start playing. The dialogue parts were a little slow for my liking and the second section felt very on-rails and slow to me. Good job though!

Thanks! I was considering adding like a "shoot now" label on them or something, but I didn't want to overwhelm the player with too much information, so it was ultimately cut.

Thanks! About the attack selection, the only thing in code that determines which attack will be used is a function that picks randomly from an array and avoids duplicates, but its possible that godot's pick random from array method might have some unintended behavior, because it also provides a dedicated rng object for more advanced behavior.

I'm not gonna lie, the jackal made me panic press my discord mute bind by accident while playing this. I love how crazy the movement is, shotgun jumping and bhopping constantly is a lot of fun. I think the game could have benefited from more sound effects, its kind of odd how the jackal is dead quiet. Enough sounds to add feedback but not enough to give away its position at all times would be nice. Great work!

I think you left in a dev control, you can press ESC to instantly skip stages. Great concept though and I love to music too!

Big fan of dog vision, also 10 people?!

Hi! Thank you for the compliment! I don't plan on updating since this game isn't that good.
