Update: I realized should've used a different base 64 decoder than use my usual one bruh

Aight so what I did was I took this cipher message "AHR0CHM6LY92B2NHLNJVLZFPNHO5AUY4ZHJHQQ==" and decoded it in this website "https://www.dcode.fr/base-64-encoding" and brute force it, which gave me tons of results:

And out 7 links that were expired/deleted, one fortunately works as you can see from above, which leads you to the site where there was a downloadable 1 second audio clip

At first this looks stupid, and I also thought about that yes, but the audio itself sounds different and made me curious about it, so I tried to reversed the audio and slowed the tempo, pitch, etc.

Which surprisingly I end up hearing something like:

"He announced"

Which made me wondering what tf is this supposed to mean-

(Though im not really sure since the audio can be hard to hear because of its quality, but the best if you double check it  by yourself just to make sure since I really do alot of mistakes at solving args 😭)

Now "voca.ro" seems to be a voice recording service where u can share ur voice online (the same web that shows up when i decoded a cipher word from a png  named as "chp5_screamer1_a.png" from my last post)

From the image above, you can see the link named "https://voca.ro/" which matches the first thingy that i decoded, where ig its supposed to be more like a voice recording share type of link.

anddd thats prob all of it lmao (again this is just my theory since i dont rlly do deep arg stuff, but im guessing that whatever the cipher message is, supposed to me some sort of shared voice recording link or something)

Now, I assumed that this was a base64 cipher at first, so I decided to give it a shot, which at first gave me a bunch of jumbled words, but there was a hint that it was supposed to be some sort of a http link at the start of the decode thingy (and realizing that the cipher was in all cap) i decided to try randomly lowercase some letters in their which showed me this

"PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THE LINK ISN'T FULLY DECODED., I WAS JUST MESSING IT AROUND UNTIL IT MADE SENSE"

Heyyy i just wanted to share something too since this might be helpful (hopefully lol)

While roaming around the game files, I came across an audio named "isafx_morse.ogg" so I assumed that's what you're trying to solve too

however when i try putting it into a spectogram to decode the morse code ".- .... .-. ----- -.-. .... -- -.... .-.. -.-- ----. ..--- -... ..--- -. .... .-.. -. .--- ...- .-.. --.. ..-. .--. -. .... --- ..... .- ..- -.-- ....- --.. .... .--- .... --.- --.- -...- -...-"  which translates to

(which is a tiny bit different from ur code, id reckon)

Which If you translate "LEEREMAGEN" into German to English,  it says"Empty Stomach".

First image is named as "chp5_screamer1_a.png"

Where it seems  to be cipher code in the photo that says:

Update: I had to redo this since this was some letters were either missing and inaccurate at the cipher code:

Which has a link which leads into a WORKING vocaroo web which contains a 4 second audio file on what seemed of an audio of someone trying to say something but it's muffled and reverse)

So I tried reversing the audio and edited that tempo and pitch of it since the quality of the audio is horrible, which I end up hearing something like "Someone (or succumb), delight my world"
