Thanks for telling me! I don't have tumblr, but I'll keep in mind for when I'll have enough time for that too.

Ok, after this last chapter I am absolutely neck-deep into this IF. I knew it was gonna happen, eventually. Well, good job, Fir!

Can absolutely say I really appreciated the first meeting with Coda (neat name choice, btw). That hits close to home, and I am looking forward to see how and if they will patch up things.

I'm pretty convinced Vicente knows we're iredicci (I mean, how else could you find him without hearing? Also, what other reason could you have to eventually lie about being deaf? Come on, he's a smart one. I think ).

Makes sense. Turns out there are more of those terms than I thought XD.

Really liked the setting, it feels different than most interactive fiction, good job on that. I was honestly afraid it would be hard to justify the way The City is, but you wrote it very well and it really makes a lot of sense. Also, I think you managed well the characters being more than illiterate at the beginning.

The only real flaw I can find is that the growth of the relationships with your father and you ro feel a bit rushed to me. The scenes are good the way they are, there just needed more scenes in between to make the growth slower and steadier. But, I understand you might not have wanted to make the game too long or might have wanted to focus on the other themes.

I do particularly appreciate the theme of knowledge being a sort of power in itself, it's easy to not understand the true value of knowledge when one has never known the opposite - thankfully.

Last thing, I really enjoyed it, and played it a couple times after playing Cantata. I must say that the improvement in terms of writing really shows in Cantata, so, good job on the improvement! This was already good, but you stepped up.

Really liked the setting! A story about singing and elements? Count me in! I feel like it's too soon to give a proper opinion, but the story has got potential.

It was fun to see Italian mixed with English as someone who speaks them both well. Though, some words were odd? I don't know if the author meant to use words from the Renaissance period or current Italian, but, if it's the latter, then there may be some minor mistakes.

also, tiny little probably spoiler

WHAT DO YOU MEAN I CAN FIGHT WITH A FAN?!

I LOVE IT!

Hellooo! I was very impressed by this! It's different from my usual type of if, but it was SO interesting to experiment with the different types of relationships you can have with Mathias (friendly or romantic). Literally loved experimenting even within the same archetype of guard (I got a tiny question about that: Is there any way to know inside the game how many archetypes there are?).

Really liked the characters too, my fav are between Mandra and Valencia, with Mathias close by.

Valencia is CLEARLY our best friend (except for friendly Mathias), loved that she kinda ships us if she notices. I honestly wish we'll be able to potentially call her best friend before the end of the game. Also, does she have a particular skin and hair color? I was thinking I could make a fanart of her (if I can manage to lift the very heavy thing called pencil) .

I do have one more practical question though: Every time I get to the short story the game tells me that my choices are going to be rewritten. Is it because I used the same name for all my playthroughs, or is it the standard?

I looooove the little and not-so-little details, really shows the story is carefully planned and it's just so nice to realise things make more sense than what you originally thought. Well done on that!

D is... a mood. Hands down my favourite character (tho as a li I prefer R ).

I lowkey want to replay the game to gather more of their quotes.

There is just a tiiiiny thing I HAVE to say about them:

I read somewhere that their haircut is... very random. Now I need a scene where the crown tries to fix that haircut a little bit. Just, trying to give it some sort of sense. I don't think they'd be able to make it worse anyway.
