It was with all of the characters. I just like Odin way more than the other two. 
Just played a bit of v3 as Sif. Hit three passives and that was it. Odin's eye also shot from off screen and perhaps from a fixed place, as I didn't see it fire after a short time.

Thank you for looking into it so fast. I'll look forward to the next character. I don't want to take up too much of your time.

Sorry for the triple post. This time I only got to three passives before getting no additional choices. Also learned the cursed heart doesn't take one's last heart—good to know.

Ah! I did use poor wording. After getting four or five passives, it only gives weapons and their upgrades as an option and after those are level 3 it gives the food/gold/magnet.

Been playing this game a bit over the last few days and enjoying it. I can't figure out how to get six items in the bottom row of boxes. The "passive weapons" in vampire survivors. I always get to four or five and then no more are offered.
