i like the idea of the game, it would be perfect if you let it be co-op multiplayer, i think it would be perfect, it's very reminiscent of phasmophobia, but in this visual style it's cooler, if i give a negative point it's only when climbing stairs, the speed of the character makes you almost get thrown out of the house haha.
I also recommend that you make it in Portuguese, the Brazilian community is huge for this style of game.
