Oh, that would be interesting to implement!! Especially since the design decision of a player (the Storyteller) preparing a plot (perhaps inspired by a recently read book)

I think there is an interesting space for using the "enemy & railroading GM" (The Storyteller, The Whites) not as a hostile practice, but as part of the design of the game, encouraging the players, (through their Characters, The Reds) to overthrow that position.

The videogames I mentioned seem to have overcomed that topic, so there we go!

Muy buenas, me alegra leer que has disfrutado entre las páginas de este juego.

A la pregunta de si lo recomendaría en solitario; cuando lo diseñé y publiqué no había jugado a juegos de rol en solitario,  por lo que la componente conversacional tiene mucho peso en la formación de escenas (me apoyo en los principios de impro y estructuro cómo enlazar esas historias).

Dicho la cual, creo recordar que hay dos secciones donde sugiero que se puede jugar a) interpretando a los personajes en primera persona o b) contando la historia de aquel lugar desde la perspectiva de unas abuelitas sentadas en la calle, en una noche de verano.

Esta última opción es la que recomendaría para un juego en solitario. Narras frases breves sobre una anécdota que ocurrió en un lugar, pero sin que interactúen (como si pensaras en voz alta). A veces podrás sorprenderte en las contradicciones, no las deseches, úsalas para escalar hacia el objetivo de la escena y cuando lo creas oportuno, cesa las narraciones de esas abuelitas y tira los dados.

Espero haberte ayudado y que lo puedas disfrutar en solitario :)

I love the concept! The prompts tables (The Atlas) seems to work very well as an oracle as each planet (pile) feels very unique. Would you say that certains decissions during gameplay favours the best ending or it goes completly on the luck of the journey?

Cosmos, humanity, technology, colonialism, exploration... The Bureau is a myriad of opinions. They tend to cooperate achieving a common ground in matter of how to approach an Event, but sometimes are the Pandora Gate of a big misfortune. Intels, an agent who posses some information and need assitance in a task to do another, must balance and think carefully who they are sending on a mission, because their job -even their lives- depends of the success of an Event. 

There are six stances along the Agents of the Bureau, funded by their members, governments and particulares of the Solar System and some exo-colonies:

We bring a greater understanding of their body and, with that information, we hope to have an advantage to better understand their soul.

Luckily they end up being the majority, I still remember that raid, where we had to split our forces between the two opposing alien sides because there was no winning option that was useful to us. In the end we had to opt to release an electromagnetic viral storm from another alien mission, sentencing our own troops to death. I was there and I made that decision. The First War never happened, but vengeance lurks behind every  Gate.

Sending one Knight to a First Contact  Event is to assume a great failure or a great success, for all mankind. If the Bureau were a centralized agency, you can be sure that they would be expected to act as imperialists.  Luckily, even with a huge amount of classified funding from governments and particulars, we are a minutiae in the universe and we, the Knights, wear that heavy burden for all of us, for all of humanity of course. Knights are capable of a great amount of cynicism.

Screw up understanding a cryptic alien message and you've f*cked, with some luck, an entire extrasolar habitat, somewhere, at sometime… no pressure.

En la realidad descrita en esas páginas de introducción, el libro fue robado y su título es Un Mundo Precario, pero el interior de sus páginas está en inglés (justo al contrario que este). 

Mi versión favorita es la que el título está en esperanto: Preka Mondo, y el interior en latín.

You're right. I thought I put attack symbol on retorics, drama and authority. I would use these skills to provoke and make morale harm as you comment.

For the stress, at first, characters were supposed to start with a unique single stress box, but it works in the same way as Fate core (+5 skill adds 2 stress boxes and an additional moderate consequence). 

If your character suffer and addiction it's a extreme consequence.

About Rougon-Macquart 0.9, I don't know if you've played Disco Elysium (of if you've discovered that character) maybe I should warn that it is recommended to have played the video game. It's not an object, but I think it's a good stunt (to literally bend the light) to illustrate that it's more powerfull than an aspect.

In the next weeks I'll check the typos, I'm aware that there are a lot. Thanks for taking your time and explaining your doubts. It's so crucial to me to improve the quality of my work :D
