Oh man, you cannot imagine how grateful and happy I am to see this wall of text!
It makes for me so mucch easier to improve this game. I'm planning to do an update after a week or two, actually. Because of your detailed feedback I can really tell what will be for sure.
1. "A bigger pool of baked goods would be a thing. Show 4 out of 8 when a customer makes her request, randomise their position halve the payout if you guess wrong and move on to the next."
That's definitely what I will do (thanks to you).
About Monotonous Repetition... I plan to make at least 2 more minigames. Every working day will be random minigame from 3, I think it will help the situation a bit.
2. "In addition, next to your money, display a total earnings number and link Rapunzels events to reaching certain earning milestones instead of just every X days."
I think I will do this too.
3. "Reduce the ammound of customers per day 15 feels like a slog to go through on a day."
I will, but I'm not sure which amount will be ok? 5? 7?
4. "Add a section in the gallery where you can replay the Scenes with the main Protagonist.
Remove the chanche to get a duplicate wehn you spend your hard earned money for gallery pictures."
Okay, will be done.
5. I will have a look into these bugs, good that you pointed it out.
6. And additionaly I plan to make a one-time clients who just came to a bakery to hook up with the player, hope it'll make the game more engaging.
SUMMARY:
I really appreciate the time you spend to write all the things I can improve, thanks you a lot!
Hope you'll check the things out when I'll update the game ♥
That's a lie. Itch.io for sure have a shadowban - because my games isn't even seen by other people, even published. Today I published my game - it was on the "New games" in a tags for about 10 mins and then I realoaded a page - poof! - disappeared. I tried to sontact support about it by email, but support ignoring this issue (it's about barelyy ALL my games) - the oldest email they ignoring was sent 1st of SEPTEMBER! More than 2 months ago.
So yes, there is shadowban in itch.io system.
I wrote to support with first game issue in 1th September. Wasn't issue fixed (never and still till this day it is) - said "wait". When I had the same issue with another my game - I wrote to support email 12th of november. NO ANSWER AT ALL.
The first ticket number (from the 1st September): 227380
The second ticked number (from 12th November): 239465
Why itch.io support team ignoring request and issues?
