Eh, a bit of all maybe. Mostly it was because I wanted to see if i could make it work before promising it, and since I had the basics of it working it just made sense to put it in. That way I can code around it and let people earn research pts now, saving them an annoying grind if I introduced research later.

Ah, I meant Dinah's line as "come any time in the day as long as it's a weekday, lol" but I'll clear it up. The weekends line is clearly a bit ambiguous.
On events and choices, I'm afraid they do have meaning and can lead to alternate conversations and events, etc. I too dislike losing out on events but I was forced to choose between having players miss out on some or having your every choice be meaningless.
I decided that I dislike it more when a game pretends to offer me choices, but those choices never matter for anything other than maybe a different CG at the end of the game.
That said, not every choice causes events to be missed, etc. A lot of choices give "points" behind the scenes that will eventually tally up and decide routes. That's when events may change. The next global update on 1st August will actually reveal those points and what score you're at for several characters. Dinah is one such among them.
That definitely shouldn't be possible. I've double checked it and the code says it should be 100 if the lowest is picked. Either way, I'll change it to force the issue in the next update to set it to 100. Telling her that her degree is useless makes her "accept" the low ball offer of 100, as opposed to arguing you up to 150 if you don't. No choices made should "alter" that value. Thanks for letting me know anyway
Okay, that's a HUGE bug and one no one else has managed to find. I will fix it for all, but I'll try and put a single set of files in the first devlog (the update most recent) that you can download. This should re-enable the interview with Emma. Thanks for letting me know about this!
Edit: Okay, I've added a folder called "emmafix". Just take the files from it and put them in your game golder and it should work now. My apologies for the bug. Thanks for pointing it out to me!
If you go to their entry on the contacts page then you should see how many events you've completed, and the max in the game atm. It may be you've reached the end. Right now, the only ones you can bed are Amy, Emma, Sam, and Kelly in an event. More will come with updates. Kelly isn't recruitable just yet.
I'm not 100% on how the romance will work, as I don't enjoy the harem "oh, everone is fine dating you" trope but I can see why, from a player standpoint, it'd feel annoying to have to do x amount of re-plays for every character if the romance was choice exclusive.
I'm going to have to think on it, but I'm definitely wanting at least one person to be chosen to be a "partner" of sorts later, but that may become business partner over romantic. We'll see.
On characters, I plan for quite a lot and don't want to commit to any specific numbers. Every female character currently in the game will be recruitable eventually, and I plan for more across various social classes, hence the tabs in the contacts page. City, University, and Elite family members.
Thanks for the review! I am hoping for animated adult scenes in the future but my current attempts are a bit choppy. They are planned, though. I'm also planning to release hints to see how to access the next event of a character, and I'll for sure consider the "earning range" you mentioned!
Negotiations on pay are also planned but I didn't want to overcomplicate things right now - and not enough has really happened in a lot of their stories to "justify" a pay change just yet. I should deffo show their card when deciding a wage though, so the player can see what potential they're paying for. Good idea!
