That definitely shouldn't be possible. I've double checked it and the code says it should be 100 if the lowest is picked. Either way, I'll change it to force the issue in the next update to set it to 100. Telling her that her degree is useless makes her "accept" the low ball offer of 100, as opposed to arguing you up to 150 if you don't. No choices made should "alter" that value.
