Great puzzle game! I loved the voice acting. I liked the physics on the objects, made it feel more real and tactile

Great gameplay loop, I like figuring things out on my own so I appreciated what you went for here and the variety of mechanics you implemented, also great use of the color palette. I do wish the enemies didn't always track you, they were always stuck running into walls and it felt a bit unfair when the shooting enemies were introduced and they could shoot at you from off-screen. Oh and I wish you had put a warning upfront about the music getting louder after dying, I always use headphones and if I hadn't lowered the volume beforehand that would've been really really loud.

A really nice game, the music and pencil SFX made it feel like a chill experience but I still stressed over filling up the red bar. Not sure if other people had the same experience but I would usually finish a level before being able to fill in all the lines, maybe I set my line thickness too high?

Thanks, I learned animation while making this game and I'm glad it turned out okay.

Thank you so much!

I tried to play your game a few days ago since I saw it on the discord, sadly my keyboard doesn't have arrow keys (it does but on a different layer that doesn't include E & C) and I couldn't play it properly at the time, but I'll try to change my keyboard layout and try again

Pretty fun concept, It's somewhere between funny and horrifying being stuck in space and always being seconds away from dying because you forgot to pump the oxygen balloon haha

So relatable. Good job with the character design, I can see the undertale inspiration. I noticed the falling [distraction] lines aren't framerate independent, I have a 180Hz monitor and they were spinning super fast, had to drop to 60Hz to get past that section.

Sure, I'll try to do it tomorrow and send it via discord

Yeah I was cutting it close when I was making level 5, I didn't test it properly.

The movement felt pretty polished, it was a bit confusing having the health/mana pickups also be goblins, and I think I broke the boss after dying to it since it either wouldn't move and wouldn't deal damage,  the game state might not be resetting properly

I can see a lot of effort went into this! I went straight to the winged it mode, had a bit of a mishap at the start where I went under the water but didn't die but couldn't get back up either so I had to restart. But after that I got a hang of the game and it was pretty fun flying around, ignoring the slight issue with turning, I assume that's just a side effect of it running on a web app like that. I do wish the boosters were a bit more clear of their direction since I would fly in the wrong way and it would kill all my momentum. Great jam game overall!

Very cute art, I also couldn't finish the last boss but actually because it really threw me off when it started jumping, I think it could've used some telegraphing for when it's gonna start shooting. Btw the health bar issue seems to be related to high framerates.

You for sure nailed that aspect!

Pretty good concept, the art direction is solid and so is the movement, I remember having some issues with getting unintentional wall jumps when I played it before the start of the jam but I see that's pretty much fixed now. I still got stuck in the part where you jump over a few lava pits while rocks fall on you, couldn't quite figure out when I had to jump to avoid hitting a rock on the way up.

Great game, the plot really drew me in. One thing I'll say is I think it would be better if dialogue didn't stop your character every few steps, you could just him slow down instead or have the lines play in the background without blocking movement, or just dial down the frequency of dialogue in some sections.

First off I have to say the level of polish on this game is just amazing, the music and sound effects fit perfectly and the use of light is great.

Some parts maybe were a bit more annoying than challenging, specifically the see-saw platform with how the controls would go out of the screen needing you to go back and controls the platform while barely being able to see it. And the part right after that with the gear on the disappearing platforms, but I did notice running and jumping into it would send it flying so I got it faster that way.

But other than that it was a fantastic game, platforming based around UI elements is such a good idea!

Thanks so much for the feedback, I tried adding a fast turn mechanic but I went the wrong way about it so it doesn't work properly, and on the last day I was close to having wall jumps conserve a fraction of your entry speed but I ran out of time before coding that in

Very cute pixel art, specially the character portraits, had a bug where I couldn't pick up the notebook after failing 2 times but I did beat the game after discovering infinite cat energy

It was like an interactive cutscene, pretty good concept, the text box got me the first time, I almost came here to report that as a bug lol. Thanks for the headphone warning, I would've blown out my eardrums otherwise.

Good concept for a game, I think you need to ease more the players into the game, have the game start easier, or maybe show the players how they can use the whole game area and not just stand on the loading bar

Fun and funny game, loved the crunchy voice lines.

Cool foddian game, I struggled at first but it clicked once I read the hint in the description

Nice game. I enjoyed the writing and puzzles, great job!

Amazing art and presentation I could see getting this if I saw it on Steam. I did manage to finish the first level but I immediately crashed a few lines of dialogue into the next cutscene.

Lovely pixel art and music, I noticed the camera was a bit jittery, you might want to try setting it's process callback to physics, see if that helps.

Neat game, I liked the music changing dynamically with your speed

Excellent game, I honestly have nothing to criticise about it

Very cool idea, almost gave up since I would never turn on light mode normally :)

Well I'm not that familiar with how this is implemented, normally there's a way to control the roughness of each part with a roughness map

Very well made, I think the only thing missing was more lose conditions since dropping your health/money to 0 wasn't easy to do if you just played cards that didn't use up either or spammed salads

Too relatable! good work putting this together, other than what people have already said I'll just just say the phong shading makes everything looks like plastic.

Pretty good!, I got stuck for a while on the first puzzle but that's on me

Great idea!

Can't seem to load it, I get the error: "Unable to parse Build/buildfast.framework.js.br! This can happen if build compression was enabled but web server hosting the content was misconfigured to not serve the file with HTTP Response Header "Content-Encoding: br" present. Check browser Console and Devtools Network tab to debug." when trying to play it on the itch.io app and it just gets stuck loading on firefox

Thanks, I didn't consider that, I planned to add an alternate control scheme with S or down arrow + Space to jump but I didn't implement it.

Good concept, it's really missing the background to get a better read of how fast your character is moving, that and damage feedback on the enemies. Also you might want to make the hitbox on the player character a bit smaller

There's coyote time and jump buffer but it might not be generous enough

Pretty fun game, I didn't understand the controls at first but once I did I immediately saw the charm, also the crash animation is funny enough it doesn't make me feel bad for crashing the air planes :)
