I just recently got the basement key and Anna said to meet her there tomorrow...but that was on a friday...and theres no option for a basement so I assume its through the elevator in the garage but its locked... Dis I mess up or is there something I'm missing?

I found out how! For those stuck at the same spot, go to the tavern and grab the keys on the counter where the woman is getting banged, then go through the double doors in the same building using the keys and you’ll get a crowbar.
