I just finished building a complete Ludo game in Flutter and put the source code up for sale.
It has 3 AI opponents with animated characters that actually react during the game , they laugh when they capture you, cry when you send them back, and celebrate when they win. You can also send quick reactions to them during the game.
The board is customizable. Three designs are included and adding your own is just dropping a PNG file into the boards folder, no code changes needed.
Language support is built in for English, Arabic, French, Spanish, and Turkish. Switching languages on the menu changes everything instantly including what the AI characters say.
No backend, no Firebase, works fully offline. Three commands to get it running.
