Action Smacktion: Alma Mater Wonderland: Chapter 0 is a visual novel made in Visual Novel Maker for the month-long Toadhouse Visual Novel Game Jam 2021.

The visual novel follows Hiro, a young man with heroic tendencies who fell into a rut. The only time he doesn't feel the pangs of his anxieties is when he has a certain dream.

The player will explore Hiro's emotions regarding his past and present as Hiro meets some old acquaintances and goes back to school.

This game is made to be the prelude of a larger body of work. Future chapters may come in the form of games of different genres and/or projects in different forms of media!
