I enjoyed the game, maybe the scaling is quite fast. I think the characters walking speed could be increased, it can feel a little slow. I enjoyed the fishing tho, good work.

Check out my spinning top roguelike, its a little hard but I hope you can beat it https://itch.io/jam/theveryseriousjuniperdevgamejam/rate/4718529

I cool idea, the enemies does make it a little more interesting. Would love to see more levels, but you made so much progress in 48 hours so great work

I hope you keep creating games, I enjoyed the sword swinging.

A nice little puzzle game, maybe calm down the animation for spinning a piece so it feels a bit more responsive, but I enjoyed saving the internet. Good work though, and I would love to see more levels!

The lollipop hitting the floor sound effect was so satisfying, and the movement was fun. Some objectives in the future would be a nice touch, but rolling around as a lollipop was fun.

My game uses children's toys as enemies with a spinning top as the player. Hope you check it out! - https://itch.io/jam/theveryseriousjuniperdevgamejam/rate/4718529

I think the idea of having cards in a tower defense game is unique, but the game was never hard enough to where they felt like they mattered. I think increasing the speed of the enemies and perhaps even a fast forward mode like bloons could be a good addition. I think making the cards feel more impactful by buffing them could be balanced by the faster enemies. Nice start though and I hope you continue!

I also made a little roguelike game, but with spinning tops. Hope you check it out as well - https://alpine84.itch.io/one-last-spin

Fun game, reminds me of rage games. I enjoyed spinning my way to the end.

Very funny, very rage game. Quite hard and now my arm aches. I enjoyed the game and the intro a lot.

i gtg to bed now, but will play the rest of the games tmr. I enjoyed the first two tho so good work.

The game was fun with some nice levels. I had fun using a few well timed money shots to complete most levels, but the gravity mechanic is a nice touch. I liked the spacing setting and visuals. may be easier to control if the cannon and money shot fired towards the mouse cursor, as this would make it easier to control, particularly for the last level ( i was playing on trackpad tho to be fair).

i appreciate embracing the silliness of the game, the movement is very fun and I enjoyed blitzing through the screen after getting a full charge. Since every bit of grass needs to be cut before progressing to the next level, I found that I had to slow down to get more control, which is less fun than catapulting around at full speed. Maybe instead you could try to cut as much grass as possible in a set time, as this would incentivise going faster and using the boost without having to slow down as much to cut every small bit you miss.

(1 edit)

My game is quite challenging, but I would like to see if others can beat the final boss of the game.

You can play on web here - https://alpine84.itch.io/one-last-spin

One quick tip - bouncing into walls while building speed can give a big boost to your damage which is based on your speed.

I would appreciate it if you could rate the game, and I'll try to play and rate everyone else's games as well.

The 3D aspect of the game makes the puzzles so much more interesting, I enjoyed the levels you made. Loved the sound design and the ambient music.

Fun little game, love the design of the piko-pikos. Some 8-bit music would be a nice touch but good work.
