Merci, et tous mes vœux à toi.

I can’t really say for sure yet. Once update 0.6 is finished, my idea is to have English, Spanish, French, German, and Russian as languages. But I still don’t know if it will be possible or how it will be done... For now, the game is only in English, even though Spanish is my language.
In short, it’s possible, only possible, but not anytime soon.

----------------------------------------------------------

You're one step away from being out... check Discord.

Some things just gotta be that way. Everything has an explanation if you're really following the story. Because of that I don’t think I’m dropping any spoilers by saying this. That’s why I waited a few days... Asami and Megan deep down wanted what happened to happen, especially Asami. That becomes way clearer in something she says in a different scene from 0.5.6

MC actually gave both of them more than one chance for nothing to happen, and they both turned those chances down.

Haha... it’s in my nature to just write and write. I simply can’t help it.

It’s not that hard if you actually want to create something. I knew absolutely nothing about any of this a year and a half ago. I’d played a ton of AVNs, and one day, since I had some free time and needed money, I decided to learn and make something different.
I’ve had a programmer’s mindset since I was a kid... Asperger’s, plus a logical personality. Terrible combo for social life, but great for coming up with ideas and learning stuff. I started learning Blender, but after a month I realized it wasn’t what I needed, so I switched to DAZ, focusing on learn about optimization because of my serious hardware limitations.
Learning RenPy was easy. When I was little, I learned to program in Basic and made some simple games just using the manual from my Sinclair Spectrum 48k.
Obviously, I don’t know everything, there’s always something new to learn, and you pick it up as you go.
For many people, the really hard part is the writing. But if you’ve got the soul of a writer, that’s already more than half the journey done. So if you’ve got some time, don’t hold back.
About game development announcements, most people keep those almost exclusively for their Patreon supporters, and there’s a good reason for that: Patreon itself.

Patreon it’s one of the strictest platforms when it comes to content. I usually post previews of what I’ve done, but Patreon doesn’t allow certain things in public posts that aren’t for paying subscribers. I’ve mentioned it over there more than once. A lot of times, it’s not that we don’t want to share with everyone, it’s that we risk getting a warning or even having the page banned. In open posts, you even have to tone down the language if you don’t want problems.
So, we’re stuck with that choice: either make open posts for everyone but totally watered-down, or just play along and share the good stuff only with the paying crowd. In the end, it’s just Patreon’s way of forcing creators to follow their system so they can have more control and make more money.

The other option is to make double reports, one public and one for Patrons. But my reports are usually pretty long and weekly, and I can’t afford to waste extra time... actually, I shouldn’t even be writing this xD

No, thank you for the support and for your words.

Anyway, because of this game’s theme, I think I’ve attracted a mostly adult audience (talking about Patreon). Generation X, just like me. One proof of that is my Discord server, which has more than 160 people but is basically dead because I’m the only one talking. People over 40 don’t really use Discord that much. In fact, I didn’t use it myself before creating this.
I don’t know if you’ve seen my Patreon, but I really can’t complain there. It’s been going pretty well for me compared to others. A lot of new devs think making a game is easy money, and that’s exactly why they fail. I knew from the start this was a marathon, something that takes a lot of time to grow. On Patreon, I make around 500 dollars a month, while others never even reach 200. Of course, there are always others who easily make over 2000 in half the time. Patreon’s full of all kinds of people and projects.
The problem with my game was mainly here on itch. Something went wrong from the start and I never figured out what. I’m in contact with several other NSFW game developers, and what’s been happening to me here has happened to many of them too. Itch just acts weird with some developers, and there’s nothing you can do about it.

At first, my idea was to move people from here to Patreon. I was doing that for like a year. But then the whole Visa/Mastercard issue came up and things got messy. So after thinking it over a lot, I came to the conclusion that it’s not good to lose options. That’s why I decided to stick with this new system.
I have a part-time job in the real world, and together with what people contribute on Patreon, that’s what covers my expenses and the game’s development, since both things together make up a full salary. If I didn’t have that, I’d have to look for a full-time job, and the game’s development would slow down a lot. That’s what Patreon is for, to help someone who really intends to do something actually make it happen.
Creating a game, even if it’s just an AVN, is a long, tedious, and incredibly demanding process. And for that, you need both time and money. I’ve got the time, but without the money from Patreon, things would be very different, and there’s no way I could’ve just made a full game and then released it to the world afterward.

It’s just me doing all this, and it’ll always be just me. The money from Patreon and what comes from here goes into my everyday life (bills, food, etc.) and a bit of savings to slowly upgrade my hardware and help speed things up a little.
When I started this, I had a crappy computer with a video card that wasn’t even made for this kind of work, a GTX 1050 with 2 gigs. Now I’ve got a much better main PC than the old one (it died, passed away, and had to be completely replaced about 8 months ago), with way more RAM, a better processor, and an RTX 3060 with 12 gigs. I also have a small secondary Mini PC that I use sometimes for coding while the main one is rendering. All of this is thanks to the supporters, like you. Every bit helps.

💖💖💖

The "I guess" part meant that people who chipped in always forget to look again. It’s about the discounts...

Wonderful, and thank you so much... Rachel (and I’ve said this on Patreon) is based on me. Of course, I’m a guy... So, welcome to my world, or our world, though not all of us are the same, as will become clear later on, if you haven’t reached that point yet.

I don’t know how far you are in the game, so I can’t say much more 😜

So... yeah, it was either that or just dropping itch altogether like I said before. No NSFW dev on itch can get money without being deindexed, and that’s been going on for a couple of months now. Anyway, like I said too, donations weren’t helping either since I made ten bucks in a whole year...

Yes, it used to say "30 Days version 0.5" (or something like that) until a few days ago. And yes, it’s the exact same version that’s out right now. Also, like I already said, at some point I’ll be posting version 0.5.5 and 0.5.6 here for free, and maybe even 0.6 too, but if I end up posting 0.6 here, that’ll definitely be the last free one.
If any of you happen to be one of these four people, I offer my sincerest apologies, but that method just doesn’t work on the current itch. And if you’re not, then you contributed to a bundle, not to any specific game.

Ok, done. Added Mega download links (mega.nz).

???
It’s exactly the same thing that happens with any other game in a Bundle. Bundles sometimes include paid games and others that are free. What I added to the Bundle is the free version, like a demo.

The truth is... I've been thinking about it. The problem is that itch doesn’t naturally allow payments. Unless you're part of a bundle, it's really hard to make money, because the moment you change your page settings to accept donations, you get deindexed, which basically means your game becomes invisible, and the only way to find it is through a direct link.
The game’s currently at version 0.5.5, and it’ll probably reach 0.5.6 in about a month... Maybe I’ll upload version 0.5.5 here next month and leave it as a "demo", and then have all the updates on a completely new page, but only for paying users. This page would just stay as a demo to redirect people to the latest version.
That’s basically the only possible way to do it on itch right now... but I still haven’t decided.

A few days ago I had to close comments because of spam bot attacks. This method is supposed to be different, and bots shouldn’t get through, so let’s give it a try. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate. I check often and reply as best I can :D

I just woke up, checked, and found yet another bot message, so I had to close the comments. What’s ironic is that this game barely has any audience. I’m lucky to hit 20 downloads in a day. Imagine what bigger devs are putting up with... It’s sad, and thanks for being understanding.

I’m sure you know not to click on links in the comments, especially if I didn’t post them. ITCH is still full of issues, and apparently they never thought about blocking links in comments. That’s ITCH, maybe looks good, but it’s all surface.

Even if I don’t post anything, I check the page often and delete malicious links, but you never know... don’t click on those links, for your own good.

In this case it’s not about believing or not. It’s a fact. Anyone with a Patreon account can follow anyone for free. The option is literally right there... "Sumate gratis"  means "Join for Free" and the option is on every Patreon page.

Bye :)

This is just an example of what’s going on here on itch. Most NSFW creators work with Patreon and/or Subscribestar... itch is more like an alternative. Though for some, it’s their main source of income.

I decided from the start to put all my effort into Patreon. All the info is there, I post weekly reports, and I usually post stuff twice a week. I’ve also had a Discord for a long time, and I even post things there that I don’t share on Patreon. The Discord link is easy to find on my Patreon. Not everything is public, most of it is for my Patrons, but the game itself is free. The only difference now is that I won’t waste my time posting stuff on itch anymore. Not unless itch decides to get serious, 'cause right now, it’s not. On Patreon, I request a payout and it gets processed in seconds. Here, I’ve seen people wait over two months for their money, and that was before the recent issue...

Anyone can subscribe to any Patreon for free, in case you didn’t know.

I'm a dev and I'm in touch with other folks in the same boat... Yup, we've all been shadowbanned, directly or indirectly. Whether it's just temporary or not, no one really knows yet. Yup, some games have been 'suspended', apparently the ones with incest themes. The most popular tags like ADULT, NSFW, EROGE and a bunch of others are useless now, barely showing any results. You can't even search for a game by name unless you already knew the links... If this isn't just something temporary, we're seriously screwed.

That's 'cause you haven’t even played half of it. This game’s not like all the others. It literally splits in two right at the first choice you make. I’ve basically been making two games at the same time this whole time. Both routes are different, and you gotta play through everything to really understand some stuff.

Hello. The current version is 0.3. We're up to date... The next update will probably be around Christmas, but Patreon has priority. Two weeks after the update for my subscribers, it is released for everyone else. So if everything goes as normal, version 0.4 will also be available here at the beginning of January.

Thanks. Just one clarification though. Since the game is currently split into two real branches, I'm making updates for each branch independently, not both at the same time. The next 0.4 update will be the route where MC faints and hits his head. 0.5 will continue the alternate route where they're all naked thanks to Emma's crazy ideas. In 0.6 the branches will converge.

I'm usually releasing an update every 2-3 months, no more than that.
