nice soundtrack and pixel art, and neat implementation of a rhythm game! alien's is also a cool idea for the theme.

very innovative, cute ideas in both levels! looking forward to playing a couple more :)

eerie ambience and nice use of assets! reminds me of one of my first jam games!

nice little challenge, enjoyed it :)

that was quite fun! cute story, neat graphics, variety in the levels.

good job :)

An fun puzzle game, could be a little “stranger” and perhaps a little more difficult.

thank you!

in the third level you gotta check out the floor ;)

yeah, we should really have included a sensitivity slider but alas something's gotta give. instead we set it high on purpose so that it'd feel more panicky when playing.

After the first level, the game froze with a view of the “Humanmarket.” The fruits looked funny; I would have liked to see how it continued.

thank you! happy to hear it was fun :)

spent a lot of time on songwriting & sound effects to get that sense of pressure across, happy it worked out.

regarding the third level: you should look at the floor ;)

thank you for the feedback! we tried to go for a feeling of strangeness as in not knowing the place and where to look for what, and have a novel take on the theme. could be interesting to take it to 'weirder' places tho.

regarding the replayability: you just have to dangle a highscore in front of people and they'll naturally try to beat themselves, as you know ;)

thank you! we really tried to go for fun gameplay this time, glad to hear it worked :)

thank you, really appreciate it since i spent a disproportionate amount of time on the sfx and music :)

thank you!
yeah level 3 is tricky, gotta check the floor is all i'm gonna say ;)

It felt truly unique, and I enjoyed it immensely. I could easily imagine this on a larger scale.

Occasionally, it seemed to me that the suitcase had glitched and either did not respond or responded twice.

Happy you liked it! half the items made it in on the last 3 hours before submission, it was quite a hassle :D

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!

yeah you're right, but we didn't have time to properly set up the CRT filter and menus to adjust to fullscreen so decided to keep it a clean experience at a lower size.

Thanks, first time working in 3d for a jam and it was quite stressful ^^

Thank you!

An fun game, I would like to play more levels.

That was a lot of fun. I could well imagine the concept as a fully-fledged game.

cute little platformer, i like the writing!

great, now i'll have dreams of low poly neanderthal aliens chasing after me.

cool to see an fps in the jam! mechanics are well executed and the planet indeed does look alien.

good job!

fits the theme really well, i like the idea! it's kinda like a mix between no man's sky and toem :)

a bit more rng would've been nice, but it's already really nice submisison.

also oh god, i know the pain of implementing proper mouse controls for first person games in browser with godot :')

really weird, movement, but i like it! almost has a puzzle feel to it.

now go enjoy the other games :D

the art style was dope, and super impressive that you managed to get in two different modes of movement in the short time period! the flying passages are a really nice way to transition between levels.

the gameplay itself was wonky but fun, but honestly, i liked the "cutscenes" most, those characters looked really well made.

good job!

this was fun! shooting pizza i usually against my code of ethics, but i'll make an exception. jerry was also very cute, and the movement and shooting felt pretty clean!

one recommendation would be to put  a safe zone around the player where enemies don't spawn, a couple of times on appeared just right behind me.

still an awesome start to the gamedev journey!

it's a shame i wasn't smart enough to figure out the puzzles, because this seems really well-made. the graphics are cool, and i can tell you put a lot of effort into the different puzzle mechanics. the console interaction in particular was cool :)

that was fun! really captured the eerie vibe well, good sound design, actually a lot of content too, graphics look fitting, and definitely some strange places in there! the fact the player doesn't have a shadow (probably not really intended) actually adds to the creepiness since sometimes you just see a floating doll.

i'd recommend toning down the bobbing motion and the footstep pan slightly, it gets a bit much after a couple of minutes. then again the asmr footsteps are super spooky.

hidden gem, shame it's download only and a lot of people will miss this.

also we both got humming fridges in our games, how likely is that lol.

i came back to my living room but didn't find spaghetti :(

honestly this is the theme winner for me lol. I've seen like 7 space games, 5 games with hidden parallel dimensions, but a shooter inside a meat grinder is definitely the strangest

first improvements i'd recommend would be a crosshair, faster enemies, and either some old italian folk music or death metal.

was fun, good job!

also ran well on linux :)

congrats on participating in your first gamejam! i remember my first one, i submitted even less than you have now :D

also, good job! it's a nice tech demo, all systems seem to work well and i liked the dummy's animation. will be cool to see what you do with it, as the premise sounds fun.

btw, ran without issue on linux, you should probably give a hint on how to make it executable for newbies in the description page. oh and also always include some sort of basic menu in desktop games, they should at least have a 'quit' function in there.

fun little platformer, the lightning effect looked really cool!

the maze was pretty difficult to get through tho, ngl

Cool game :)
There's no place stranger than the Bermuda Triangle.

Truly creepy, I really liked the sanity mechanic.

Really creepy, I liked the sound of footsteps on gravel, very atmospheric. Unfortunately, I read too late that you should save your ammunition, oops.

Probably the best game I've played in the Jam so far. Beautiful visuals and cool gameplay.

Nice wokr and cool, that you made all assets yourself.

Some things could use some polish. For example the hit boxes of the skeletons and maybe implement some coyote time, so the plattforming feels better.

Cool puzzle game. I can't find anything I didn't like. Good work.

I really liked the art style, great work. At first it seemed a bit easy, but in the last wave the strangers were really dangerous. Exceptionally great submission to the GameJam :)

That was unexpectedly creepy. I was thinking it would be like Stardew Valley. The music on the last day was really well chosen, I felt really claustrophobic.

Fun mini-games, made it to second place :)
