Did you press the light switch on the bottom center of the screen? There should be a ball that comes out of the left side of the screen and as it passes it a yellow light appears above the switch.
After that there is a tutorial text that pops up.
Just to clarify, You need to get up to 21000 power to reach the actual ending. There is a cutscene. Also thanks for playing!
