Nice hectic game! I hear ZUNpets in the music 👀 5 stars in the music department for that alone

Holy moly what an underrated gem! The premise is very cool, and I do think solving the frustration with voice commands boils down to finding a more responsive and accurate voice recognition plug-in / library, which can be difficult so I won't judge it too harshly.
Allowing us to input commands via text alone was already enough, but I'd also like to acknowledge you guys for making it so that certain misheard phrases are still treated as their closest valid command! For example, the game recognized "hoist sales" as "hoist sails" and I can't help but imagine you guys saying all the available commands in the game to the voice recognition and listing out all the common ways it could mishear them to give the players some leeway! Mega props to that, I appreciate game design gestures like that very, very much.
As others have said, the game is a bit slow-paced, but I love the gimmick very much so I will sort of overlook it. The art is wonderful, and I love the little game-feel animations like your crew members spinning after performing a task. I also love little things like that. Overall, a lot of potential here!
Making a 3D game as a first project is quite ambitious! I do wish you guys would consider a slider for mouse sensitivity for future 3D projects, as they can be a make-or-break thing with a lot of people. The sensitivity in this one makes the camera feel a bit dizzying.
At first I thought the phone signal was supposed to guide you to the location of the toys? Which would make for a fantastic gameplay mechanic, but I suppose it's not quite working yet. If what I described was the intention though, then there's potential here!
Really cute art style and banger music!
I wish the hitbox for fixing the lightbulbs was more generous, because it can be frustrating pressing E and having nothing happen when the character is right on top of one. I often find myself having to feel my way into finding the correct spot that the game would recognize. If it was done like this for animation purposes, then making the character automatically move into the appropriate position after the player presses E would be a fine solution!
I also wish the player character's vertical movement felt as nice as their horizontal movement, mostly due to speed difference. Horizontal movement feels super nice, it's like we're gliding through the air, but moving up and down can often feel like a drag, especially when the enemies can hover vertically much faster than we do, making chasing them a bit annoying.
Overall, very nice little game! Good work!
