Thank you for playing! I am happy to hear that the feature was appreciated :)

Yeah the camera movement definitely shipped with a bug which may not be helping and I have fixed this for a post-jam patch.

Excellent game! Crazy how much you got done as a solo dev, everything felt very smooth and polished. Didn't even realize you could move around until after playing through the levels lol

Yeah I really wanted to add a visual to the bounty attempts but ran out of time for this feature! I will likely make a post-jam patch addressing this :)

Thank you for playing!

Tons of visual assets must have been made for this and the fact that they all have high quality is super impressive!

The variety in voice acting also brings a level of polish I was not expecting to find in a jam game, it feels like quite a fleshed out game for only 9 days! The only real pain point I could think of was that sometimes it was hard to tell friend from foe and there were a few times where I may have had my units standing over the spawn locations so I couldn't see an enemy spawn directly on top of my team.

Crazy the amount your team did in 9 days! Congrats

Very polished! I loved the intro cutscene, and as a minesweeper enjoyer, I felt at home playing this one!

Really good job for your first ever game! Controls felt smooth, and I was surprised by the boss fight! Great use of the scale property to add juice to the Godot logo's bounce :D

Out of curiosity, are you following the Brackeys tutorial? That's how I started with Godot!

Love the art, and the accessibility was really nice to see! Probably the most control over bindings/settings that Ive seen in a jam. Maybe this is intentional, but when running into an area with a few obstacles around, it makes it impossible to pick your flowers back up as they get stuck under the obstacles, and any further sneezes drops more of them into these spots. I made the mistake of trying to go back for my flowers too much and lost most of them haha

Grandma was still pleased with the haul though!

Thank you for playing :D Yes there is certainly RNG, to what the bounty hunter will roll in each stat for the attempt. Sometimes you just need to try again!

It was very cool to have the items stored on tables persist into the next round. Added a nice layer of planning ahead. I did find that it was possible to soft-lock myself though as if you spend all your money on upgrades, it is not possible to play the next round without money to buy seeds. Also great work with the tutorial :)

Had lots of fun with this one! It's a pretty hard game but that makes for a good challenge. The only thing that felt maybe too punishing was the fire that could box you in with how long it lasts. Can't remember if the controls mention it, but holding mouse down is definitely the play! The first few runs I was clicking lololol

The cover art is perfect. I like the use of gold as currency + health and thematically that makes a lot of sense for a goblin! I did encounter an odd issue where I was having arrows hit me from off-screen, this may have been from enemies spawning out of sight?

I had lots of fun with this one and you have something to be proud of with this one :)

Love the intro, and the graphics/music is great! I like that the gun reload is not too punishing as well.

Love it, I can tell tons of effort went into the art! The sticker placing was oddly satisfying, it would be cool to have a memorization component as well as if we were trying to draw a suspect from memory haha
Great job :)

There's definitely a bug where the auto-scroll and manual scrolling can fight over which direction to scroll in, will squash that one in a post-jam patch :)

Thank you for playing and your feedback!

Thank you so much :D Honestly there's so much more that I had planned to add but ran into a very busy week... And thank you for the feedback on tutorial, it's the first interactive one I've made and I am super proud of it haha

Thank you! I am glad you enjoyed it!

For sure, that's definitely a spot I'll add in the post jam :)

Very cool idea with the inventory system, and I love your take on the space smuggler for the theme, and the use of gravity in the cargo hold. Also very clean art direction :)

Very satisfying game to move through the guard's detection! Incredible work for your first game!

Cool idea, I enjoy dice rollers and like the idea of banking dice with the risk/greed mechanic! I couldn't tell what the buttons on the left were for but had a good time rolling the dice :D

It really is similar! I like that we took different approaches to the pacing through, I think it makes our games similar yet quite different for how they feel I think!

I am a big autobattler enjoyer and I like the idea here - combining it with an idler as the resource engine. I'll have to come back after the 24h period to see if I can try again as it seems to have broken and I saw the message that  a fix is being worked on :)

Do you plan on expanding on the idea post-jam?

I love the aesthetic and am a big fan of the idler/gardening combo (I may have spent a few months on a project in this genre ;)

Really satisfying collection mechanic

Sick game, love the progression! Took a little while to find the spider at the start, but once the objective was clear it was very smooth sailing :D

Hey BearWithHands! Thanks for playing, I am glad you enjoyed the fellas:)

With more time/polish I really wanted to make better indicators for bounty completion but this part was limited due to timing!

Partly, you need to just play to the odds and play as fast as possible, especially in the SURVIVE mode.

Hey Sovium, thank you for your detailed feedback!

Very valid for the critiques, and most of these could have been solved with some more time, just had a very busy schedule during the jam. Perhaps I will make a post-jam update if the rest of the game is well recieved :)

As for a penalty for failing, there is no penalty in the ZEN mode, however once you switch to the SURVIVE mode, failing eats into your time, and it is important to be strategic/efficient with this time as the debt builds up.

For the blurriness, you may want to disable the CRT filter, or change the font settings depending on your preferences :) these are in the settings menu in the top right.

Glad to hear you enjoyed it :)

Hell yeah, great job! I was a bit worried that the difficulty for Survival would be too high, glad to see you were able to get a successful run :) Thank you for playing and sharing this!

I require a plumbus! I loved the naming and general goofy vibes. Took a few tries to learn and is a very crunchy puzzler! Excellent submission :)

The overall aura of this game was oozing nostalgia. I love the idea of a themed isometric pirate shooter, but the control were unfortunately a bit clunky, alongside the hitboxes. I think there is a lot of potential with this style of game!

As soon as I heard the intro music I knew I would love the vibe. Well done! I encountered an issue with the mouse becoming visible so it didnt stay locked to the game, I think if there was a fullscreen option this could maybe fix it. Overall I loved this one, and the character design is very fun.

Glad you enjoyed it ;D I'll give your submission a try in a moment!

Love the vibe, I truly felt like I was sitting at a medieval desk bossing my bounty hunters around. It did start to feel cluttered, I didn't see any obvious way to delete any items so things got quite cluttered. The music was spot on!

Excellent sfx! I found it a bit awkward managing the inventory off to the side with not much time to read what the items do, though that did add to how hectic the combat feels. Pretty unique reload mechanic, it would be super cool if you added some effects like flaming/explosive bullets as pickups to load into the revolver!

Great entry :)

Really awesome water texture, definitely and interesting idea to link currency with your weapons! The controls with WASD seemed a little funky, and a couple options in a menu would be helpful (ex. volume). Very pleasing colours, this gave a very calm, nostalgic theme to the game!

I love the art style and how the eyes follow the player movement! The music is nice, though I wish it could continue throughout playing the levels, is there a way to enable that?

Good submission :)

I lost count! A gold cap / limit on how many gold potions you can find would probably do the trick :)

Hi! I didnt compete in this jam but I did want to say that the infinite gold can brick the game, it locked when trying to trigger here:

Other than this, really awesome game, especially for a jam! Super impressive :)

This is the best cock fight I've ever had

Thank you for the feedback! I see what you mean, I will have a better scaled version up in a minute.
