You can, under certain circumstances.  I like to mess with stuff like this in order to see how the game has changed over time (plus orientation play is hot), and right now it seems like NPCs will break their stated orientation most readily if they: (a) have dominant and/or slutty traits and (b) are at the River Rat and predisposed to hooking up.  Otherwise they wont respond to flirting and will just turn you down.  A few will say yes to booty calls right off the bat, but that's rare and I'm not sure what combination of traits causes this. 

You can also turn on cheats and change a character's traits + boost their lust/romance stats, but that's an instant 'sleep with me' button and less fun (for me, at least).  

Right now only the first meeting has been incorporated into the game.  More of the pornstar route will be included in future updates, seems like. 

Not yet, but pregnancy content is going to be in the works pretty soon according to the creator.  

I've been able to mess around with people stuck in the washer before, but it's definitely rare.  Most of the time they just want you to pull them out.  

A few weeks into the game there will be a 'rush week' (this is marked on the calendar), where you can go and pledge to a Greek house of your choice.  At the end of the rush week you'll have to go and do tasks, etc.  

I'm sure this has been said before, but I would love to be able to gift outfits to friends and significant others, Animal Crossing style.  

I think this is the only smut game I've ever played which has allowed me to really dig into my orientation play kink.  It's a real joy to have the freedom to play as a character with a specific sexuality and then let yourself be swayed, tempted and seduced.  

Also the NPCs are just a little bit flexible too, so you as the player can do the exact same thing to them if you're willing to be patient and really work at bending your straight friends and/or straightening your queer pals.  It's really great.
