We're currently a team of two. I am a professional graphics programmer (an example of my solo project https://youtu.be/IMOIFvW5VaE) I also have some experience in modeling and animating. The project is just starting and we do not yet have any clear idea, but most likely it's gonna be some kind of monster girl collector game for pc and mobile.
It's a rev share, but as an nsfw mobile friendly game, the potential for monetization is definitely there.

there is no such thing as "nsfw model" on daz. You just pick any model you want and you attach anatomical elements to it. So every model can become an nsfw modle if you want. Daz is a character creator. You can pick and match things as you like. The genitals are a geograft. They get fused into the mesh automatically with a click, you don't need to do any mesh editing yourself. Just make sure that when you buy a model, it has a texture for anatomical elements listed in the product contents. Alternatively, if you go with golden palace, the textures are generated automatically.
What do you mean? They are absolutely available. I'm not sure if a detailed anus is in the official daz store (though nipples and vagina are). But you can find even more on renderotica and renderhub. Just Google golden palace in renderotica for example. A custom model is like what, 200-400$. On renderotica you get golden palace for like 15$ or something. And if you don't like golden palace there is a dozen nice alternatives

It's far cheaper than creating one from scratch. And from what it sounds, you want a naked model, which there is an abundance of in Daz and you can easily customize it with the gazillion of Daz's customization options.
Hey, I'm a professional programmer with lots of experience in unreal but also some in unity. I can also make models in blender and animations in cascadeur, though my artistic skills are not as good as programming.
I want to make an anime style gacha game. Either 2d or 3d. I can join a team or start something from scratch. I can take care of all the technical aspects but at the end of the day the success of a gacha game depends entirely on the quality of character design. I don't have any specific game idea in mind but something smaller in scope that an indie team could pull off in max a year would be the goal. I would probably go with unity so that the game can also run on mobile.

Initially I tried to make a farming game but that turned out to be kinda boring. Now I'm working on adding hack and slash and redoing the character design to look "more badass".

I know blender and can model, rig, animate, etc. but I'm not very experienced. I'm trying to get better at it though. If there is any aspiring 3d artist out there, I could do the coding, level design, and even help out with the technical aspects of making art. If you are more experienced with art and would like to learn game dev, I could help you out with learning UE5 and you could give me some tips on making better art. I don't really have any particular idea for a game. Rather, just messing around with various mechanics and art styles just for practice.

One idea that came to my mind. Since it's a bit hard for me tell right away what is exactly necessary, and therefore I can't really make a concise request, perhaps a better model would be something like this:
basically you "join" the project and get to know it a little first. Then if we identify some concrete area/task that requires a 3d artist I just commission you to do that. And so it's like a continuous loop of collaboration. I guess that would make more sense.

Most of the game mechanics are ready and soon I'm hoping to make a promo trailer, post it on kickstarter and secure funding for the rest of the game. However I need help to polish the game visuals. Currently I use assets from Daz (characters) and Fab (environment+animations). I have a whole character pipeline built around daz so I if you're at least a little familiar with daz, that's a huge plus.
Im not yet entirely sure how much work it would require and how much it would cost. So I need someone who could help me to estimate it (and also tell me what I should do on my part first to ensure the game is ready for even attempting to make such a promo video).
More details:
I need someone to fine tune the game visuals just for the promo video. So it's not necessary to redo everything, just focus on the things that are really important (in particular I hope to get some really great nsfw shots). The promo video should be obviously rendered in unreal engine, so you should be familiar with that.
Once I know what exactly is needed and how much it would cost more or less, I'll probably just hire you to do that. If the promo video turns out to do it's job and I gain enough funding I'll most likely keep you for a more long-term partnership.
Some things that come to my mind atm are:
- polishing character model and textures (the thing is that there is a character creator in the game, so the base mesh has lots of morphs and the materials are very customizable, where you can tweak colors of various body parts, make up, tattoos, etc. That's why it's important that you remain compatible with Daz, as this system is very complex. However I'm currently not happy with the anatomical elements of characters, and the hair lack rigs that would play well with physics).
- tweak the shaders. I experimented with various toon shaders but I didn't really like the effect. Also, there is a day-night cycle in the game so the shaders must be flexible enough to accommodate each time of the day dynamically. I bought some ready made genshin-like shaders but the have no shadows and everything is done with emissive colors, which makes characters glow in the dark. Postprocessing is more dynamic but looks like crap. So perhaps going with a toon shader is not a good idea and instead something more in the style of overwatch would work better. I don't even care as long as you can make great nsfw promo with it.
- if you know a little bit of animation, that's a plus, because the current characters have slightly different proportions from ue5 Manny which causes all nsfw animations to misalign. If you could fix up those animation (or better yet, change the character proportions to match ue5 perfectly so that no fix ups for animations are necessary)
- The current nsfw animations that i bought are ok, but they are just generic sex positions. For a good promo, it would need to have more finesse and logical flow if you know what I mean. So I suppose having custom made animations would be not too bad.
- The current environmental assets look really pretty on their own but I'm not entirely sure if they really fit the atmosphere of an nsfw game. To me it seems like the current visuals don't really feels that much like hentai anime and more like a casual stylized game. If it was possible to tweak the materials of the ground, grass and trees just a little bit to make it feel more aligned with the vision. I'm not sure whether that's possible to do without putting in an insane amount of effort.
All of those things above feel like a lot but I'm not expecting you to now redo the whole game art style. I'm perfectly fine with you using whatever quick and easy solutions you can find. If you can find an existing asset on fab that makes your job easier, do it. If you can use existing daz system to quickly get the character done, that's fine with me too. I'm just looking for someone who can achieve the result in a smart way rather than the hard way. As long as it works.

We want to launch it on ichio and hope to attract some initial funding on patreon or kickstarter. We just need someone with more artistic skill to do some fine tuning so that the promo video looks as amazing as possible. Most assets come from fab marketplace, with characters from daz. It's not necessary to redo everything from scratch (unless you want to), just focus on those parts that give the most bang for the buck, especially stuff that could go into promo video.

I can do both art and programming. I know unreal engine, godot, daz and blender. I can rig model and animate in 3d but I can also render to 2d.
I have no idea for a project but I want to deliver something that people will play. Ideally we could start with some small simple game and work from there. I have no writing skills. Perhaps we could start with visual novel and if people like it we could turn it into a full game.

Hey, I'm a professional graphics programmer but I develop games a a hobby. I have quite a lot of experience with UE5 (hardcode C++ fanatic ;P . Blueprints are for babies) and a bit with godot. I also know blender at a more or less expert level (but I'm not a good artist. I typically just write scripts to automate asset processing pipelines) and Daz3D. I'm kinda tired for making games solo that look like asset flips because I suck at art and just use fab assets everywhere. So i dunno... like if there is an artist out there looking for a programmer, perhaps we can make something cool. Ideally I'm looking for individuals or very small teams.
Some game types that I would be interested in:
- some sorta farming simulator
- a cozy game but with some sandboxy elements
- an RPG. (If you wanna make a 3D RPG in unreal, then I already have some foundations built for that).
It could either be a 2D pixel art or 3D stylized or 3D realistic game. I'm open to both sfw and nsfw.

Hey, I'm a programmer working on a passion project in my free time. It's a nsfw fantasy rpg in unreal engine. I already have quite a lot done. I mostly buy assets from fab and Daz3D, so I don't really need a big team or dedicated artists (well... Unless you're into nsfw animation. That is hard to find on marketplace). The game scope is broad but for me it's more about the journey than the destination 😉 . I'm just looking for people who are into similar genre and want to collaborate. In particular if you wanna do a character customization system, inventory+crafting system, combat system, survival system, nsfw mechanics. I have all of those things partially implemented and I can share how it's done, so if you're still just learning that's fine. Overall I'm mostly looking for people who are into the same game idea and are eager to learn along with me. And overall people who are generalists and can/are willing to do at least a little bit of art, programming, design etc.
Btw, the game doesn't have any lore yet. I'd rather focus on finishing game mechanics first before doing lore and stuff. However if you're a writer and want to implement a cool fantasy world, feel free to join. Just be ready to also do a little bit of design, art and programming if needed
