Having fully rendered 3D environments is honestly kinda crazy. Even without making each model yourself, arranging everything takes a lot of time. I also love how absolutely funny it is, genuinely reminds me of The Stanley Parable. The worldbuilding done is also really good in a subtle way, like Darkmoth Seal being something notable, but then because your journal is awful, that means you got their bottom of the barrel entry. Fuck Shitgristle and the chair, even if it was amazingly funny.

The atmosphere in this is genuinely so incredible. It feels dreamlike in a strangely grounded way. I love that we don't even get to see what our friend's name is, also the dynamic between him and Luis is amazing, there's a level of care because they are friends, but his pride being so in the way of admitting to need help even in the state he's in is great. The backgrounds I think are actual pictures blown out to lose detail which add to the grimynes of everything. I did end up hitting an error, but it felt like it would be right before an ending. I really hope you finish it because I'm invested.
The multicolored line art is so good and makes it feel like something weird is happening at the institute. I also like how it's structured like you're exploring the facility, makes it feel like you're actually in a space. Learning from Shu-Gong that the other two are actually somewhat unpleasant was a good twist, considering how nice they are to you at the beginning. looking forward to seeing what happens later on.
I love how many clues there are to figuring out the player's relationship with Mira, once I realized that he kept forgetting things and Mira's husband is, not was, a painter I figures out that she was his wife. I also assume that the sketch she points to is the exact sketch that was the player's first gift to her. I really liked the build-up and payoff, really well done.
I love how the descriptions are so vivid while wandering through the memories of a child, it reinforces just how important someone's childhood is to who they become as an adult. I got the ending where the child comforts another crying girl and grows despite her strife, which I think is a beautiful message.
Also the font you used for English feels hard to read for me, I had to squint to read it, so switching it out for a different one would be nice.
I love the little bursts of world building you get from the descriptions of each patron, you get to see a small slice of the world and it leaves me wanting to learn more. I loved the two teenagers showing up again if you sabotaged them the first time, I didn't have the heart to do it twice in a row.
I really like how the three character are normally all friends, but right now they're all very emotionally charged so we get to see them all at their worst. I went down all three routes to see what would happen and I find the dynamic between them all really engaging, and I hope you get to finish it.
I did both endings where I befriended and ran away from the ghost, I will say the ending where you run away made me think that there might have been a way to save the ghost and keep Ashley alive, so I tried multiple times to no avail. Overall I really liked it, the Ghost and Ashley's stories were so sad, and I'm kinda sad neither get a good conclusion, but I think it works as a tragedy.
I played through multiple times and got 3 endings, which I assume is all of them. I really enjoyed the twist of the monster being harmless, unless you're too sympathetic to it and be turned into one. Looking through the cabin was also really interesting, and I like how it is only implied that the man who went missing was the smokeskin, and not directly stated. The befriending ending was my favorite
I really enjoyed the atmosphere, everything felt so surreal it was like a chill nightmare because Ada was strange, but not malicious. The text boxes for characters added a lot to it, and the portraits for them were also really fitting for the tone. I got the ending where the bug was cut out of me, though the story left an impression of not having multiple endings.
