I'm afraid there are no current plans for a browser build.
It's an interesting issue. From the main menu, click on the "options" button. From there, try switching the game language to any option and then back to english.

Your stomach fullness fills whenever you eat and it satisfies your Saciety and Weight overtime.
I will eventually add Setpieces like Fountains and other on-map interactables that can randomly appear between floors and will affect your weight.
