Our game also has puzzles, but it was our first attempt doing this genre:

This is well made and addictive (I enjoy puzzle games). The progression is also excellent. Great game!

Cool concept! I liked the movement of the troops haha. The tooltips don't work in my browser (Brave) so it's difficult to know how to plan.

Thank you!

I was confident after the tutorial (great addition) that I would do fine, but I was totally wrong! I think the first song could start off a bit easier and then scale up as it progresses. But nice game! Controls, visuals and music are solid.

Making a Portal inspired game in 1 week is impressive, mostly because of the puzzles and level design. Definitely the mechanics and physics have some issues but they work fine most of the time if you know the constraints.

If you rate our game, please comment nice things about the elevator. I worked so hard on that!

Very charming! I liked the design and animations of the characters. The audio was well integrated with the visuals.

Did you develop your game on Linux? Share your experience!

I was the only member on the team using Linux haha. I use Ubuntu 25.10 in a laptop with  hybrid graphics (AMD/Nvidia). This is our game: Overlook Inn

Tools I used:

- Unity 6000.3.8f1 - I enabled the Vulkan renderer.

- Rider 2025.3.2 (Snap) - Works without issues. Unity detects it perfectly.

- SourceGit - Git GUI client.

- OBS - To record the gameplay footage for the trailer.

- OpenShot - To edit the trailer.

- Pinta - To draw on screenshots quickly.

- FMOD Studio - To integrate audio.

The issues I had:

- Unity 6.3 currently has a bug where the automatic asset refresh is broken. It seems the next version (6000.3.10f1) will fix it.

- MP4 videos don't work on Linux. We had to convert them to WebM (VP8/Vorbis). (We have TVs on the game that play videos).

- WebGL games on Brave crash with fractional scaling enabled. Firefox doesn't have this issue. (I want to report this but I don't know where lol).

Weeena, this was fun to play. The characters and story are the best part. I would make the collisions a bit more obvious because there were times where I planned a path but ended up blocked. :(

Hi, we are very late but here is our game: Overlook Inn

Thank you!

Big thanks for playing our game,  we are going to add an option to adjust the sensitivity in the next update.

Very fun! I got almost 10000 points haha.

Simple and fun! I was a bit frustrated at first when the monster teleported so close to me, but I eventually got the hang of how it works. Great job!

Good entry for a learning project! I liked the visuals and audio, they are simple but effective. I think adding an ammo counter to the UI would help, as I sometimes forgot how many shots I had left before needing to reload.

Thank you so much! We worked really hard to get the atmosphere right.
